Erwan Le Corre is the founder of something called MovNat, which you're going to learn a lot about in this episode.
He's also set some pretty wild records when it comes to holding your breath.
In 2021 he set the US national static apnea record for men under 50 when he held his breath for 6 minutes and 46 seconds.
In 2023 he set a new record, this time for the men’s 50+ when he held his breath for 7 minutes and 29 seconds.
I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and I think you will too.

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with poet, writer, scholar and Vietnam veteran William Daniel Ehrhart.
Non-fiction, his work spans his entire life, exploring everything from his time on an Irish freighter, the joys of fatherhood, teaching English lit, to making sense of his experiences as a soldier and much much more.

Is there an afterlife? If so, what does that look like? How do you make the best of this life? Reverend Deborah Shield and I go into this and lot more today on The Plunge.
Bio:
Deborah, a natural born psychic-medium, called a "Bridger" by her Spirit Guides.
Her experiences include demonstrating Evidential Mediumship on stage, conducting Seances/Spirit Message Circles, working with hospital patience as an Energy Healer, giving inspirational talks and sermons. She also writes and presents her own prayers and guided meditations specifically tailored for the topic or event at hand.
She is currently teaching classes and coaching clients as a Personal Development Coach. Branching out to working with groups and putting together healing circles, with a particular interest in working with children, teens and parents.
Deborah's natural gifts are continually being sharpened. She taps into energy via ESP (Extra Sensory Perception). This includes using all five "Clair's" (heightened 5 senses) as well as being able to compassionately feel other people's pressures and difficulties and communicate with their Spirit Guides.
Deborah does what she calls "translating" messages from both Spirited Loved Ones (people who have crossed over) and Spirit Guides (energy beings assigned to elevate us individually) along with Channeling (allowing Spirits to speak through her) directly to the person intended to receive the message.
Her studies include but are not limited to, Spirituality, Hypnosis, Religion, Ancient Cultures and Rituals, Holistic And Self Development Studies. She has done an extensive amount of traveling throughout Europe, Middle East and within the United States. Traveling and living abroad offered her depth of understanding in human nature and various cultures, which enables her to reach deeper into the individual needs of her clients.Learn more at:

Alex DiChiara first learned about remote viewing while studying geology at Cal State in the 1970s.
One of his instructors was involved with the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in Palo Alto and would tell intriguing stories about what they were up to down there.
30 years later, Alex received training with retired U.S. Army Major Ed Dames.
He would often spend an entire week training with Dames
After years of practice, Alex was asked to join Dames’s team of remote viewers.
Alex has spent many years employing remote viewing on a variety of projects with some very fascinating results.
