What are the points on your Moral Compass? The basic foundation for a fine-tuned moral compass is integrity, compassion, forgiveness and responsibility. People with a healthy functioning moral compass are more grounded, focused productive and content with life. They seem to be less individualistic and contribute to the world as whole. Your moral compass can only point you in the right directions, it can’t make you go there.

In this episode, I look at the differences between Motivation and Inspiration. Motivation is the quality of providing incentive or motive, to impel. Inspiration is the stimulation of mind and emotion to a high level of feeling or activity. The clear difference between motivation and inspiration is, motivation is external and inspiration is internal. Don’t confuse procrastination with being lazy. Laziness is an unwillingness to work or to use energy. There are many factors that can lead to laziness such as hopelessness, fear of success and fear of failure. I share a few tips to help you rid your slothful ways and get energetic. “No” is a complete sentence. It does not need justification or an explanation. In this episode, learn the power of “No.” Have you ever said “yes” to something that you absolutely didn’t want to do? If so, you have been Hedging. Hedging is the behavior of saying yes to things that we don’t want to do or have the capacity to do. What’s the real reason behind being afraid to say “No?” I explain why it is so hard for us to give a response that reflects our true intention and capacity. This episode will sums up three tips to make saying no easier.
