  • Our show today is very reminiscent of Tamia's song, "Stranger In My House." She sings, "“There's a stranger in my house. It took a while to figure out. You can't be who you say you are. You gotta be someone else. Cus he wouldn't touch me like that, and he wouldn't treat me like you do. He would adore me, he wouldn't ignore me. So I'm convinced there's a stranger in my house.”

Today's guest, our very own J. Nicole, tells her story of being in a relationship that seemed perfect and amazing at the onset, yet ended up being emotionally abusive. Her abuser? Her husband who turned out to be a stranger. Join us, as J. Nicole courageously shares about her experience leaving behind brokenness and moving towards wholehearted healing.

In this episode the following was discussed:

Abusers Use to Control You.”J. Nicole's Video, "Boundaries"

She is passionate about showing women how to Love to BeYoutiful through her YouTube channel and Life Coaching pursuits. “My goal is to teach every woman how to love themselves so they can create a life without Mondays too. In the beginning of 2017, I reached my breaking point and decided that I was tired of feeling depressed, worthless, hopeless, and suicidal, and learning to love myself was the first step. This process has taught me that self-care, self-love, self-discovery, and self-acceptance were the tools I needed to create the life I want. Now, I am creating a life without "Mondays" and fulfilling my purpose, and YOU CAN TOO! Every one of us has the power over our own lives to change our circumstances, to heal, and to be happy. As your Life Coach, will show you the tools you need to change your thinking so you can begin to tap into the unlimited number of resources from within.
