Stories are powerful things. A story, if you believe it. Is just a belief.
Your story, how you grew up, the things that you've dealt with... they are all small, tiny pieces that make yo your belief systems and how you see the world. I think one of the reasons I hesitate to tell my story is because the story that got me to where I am isn't really my story anymore
There's no one day or timestamp where I can look back at my life and say that was when my life fell apart. But there is a day a timestamp where I can look back and say, that was when I was reborn.

Confidence is not built in familiar moments. It's built and strengthened in moments of challenge in moments of discomfort. And like a muscle you can build on it. Or you can let it go weak.

Perfectionism is the idea that there is a right way to do something. The idea that once we create the perfect podcast episode, make the perfect course, get the perfect career. The perfect relationship. We will achieve a certain sense of fulfillment in our lives that doesn't exist at the current moment.
We all face moments where we want things to be just right - but perfectionism can often leave you stuck and even obsessive on a goal that is unattainable.
In this epsiode I'm going to be discussing why we experience perfectionism and offer some mindset shifts and strategies to help you overcome it.
-
In this episode I'm going to introduce a mindset shift on how you could look at overwhelmed differently. It's time to start getting excited about being overwhelmed and the opportunity it has for you.

What is a belief?
by definition A belief is an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. It is a trust, faith or confidence in something or someone
Your beliefs are created by your brain to make sense of the world that we live in. Using your past experiences as a guide to help you decipher what to believe and what not to believe in order to keep you safe
It's your responsibility to understand what beliefs you have about the world. And from there, you get to decide which ones you want to keep and which ones you want to unlearn. But before you decide anything you first need to become aware.
Let me take you through the 3 different types of belief systems you have to help you navigate through some of the thought patterns you might be experience unconsciously.
