It’s easy to believe you should pour out all your wrath to get it out of your system but why don’t you see it’s how you keep that coming for you? You focus on what makes you angry and that’s what you have around…. You gotta change the way you see what you have if you don’t love it… in order to GET OUT, move on, evolve and be happy.

A big breakthrough in my meditation practice happened yesterday, and it’s almost impossible to express how that experience was like but hey, just grateful to be aware and to want to expand evolve and be my best self for myself.

I have a problem with diet culture and the collective mentality of BELIEVING there is NO WAY TO BE HEALTHY & Happy if you love to eat. I looked up what the most successful business woman of our times, Oprah Winfrey is eating and I do not think that’ll keep her happy for life, I wonder if she knew about me she would TELL ALL WOMEN to EAT MORE, simplify and stop obsessing about LOOKS, and focus on the HAPPY HEALTHY FEELING of living life the way the body thrives.Imagine if her audience KNEW about the antidote to diet culture and HOW WE EAT, train and FEEL about it in MY community.
