What do you do when it happens to you? How do you heal from depression in this case? In the case of gaslighting, it can cause a severe case of depression as one has to wrestle with self-doubt, uncertainty, anxiety, and fear of moving forward after the experience. So, Know that depression is not a life sentence. And yes, depression may be tough to heal from, but there is HOPE, and TRANSFORMATION...IT IS SO for YOU!
