I remember seeing Hayley on the podium at the commonwealth games coming third in the time trial and tenth in the road race back in 2018. Hayley has been a dominant force in the UK TT scene with multiple National Championship medals and also has won the National Hill Climb Championship in 2019. She knows a thing or two about what it takes to race at the highest level and offers some incredible tips to get into racing, whether that's on the road, TTs or on Zwift, where she races for Movistar's E-Team. I first met Adam when we cycled together during my 107TDF challenge. He works as a mobile mechanic with his company, Cycle Oath. We since then became mates and cycled together at points during Badlands 2021. Adam early this year headed out to Rwanda to tackle The Race Around Rwanda, a race that has been high on my list to try out. I hope you enjoy this one!

One of my favourite memories of Darren was at the National 24 hour TT in 2019 where he was the person who grabbed my bike at the end whilst I collapsed to the floor post race. Darren is one of the most accomplished ultra distance cyclists I know having tackled The TCR, TransAm Bike Race, Paris Brest Paris and London Edinburgh London to name a few. He is also someone who doesn't like to limit himself to one category and can be found racing in the Masters Crits in London. I first met Nick on a trip to Mallorca where we just clicked. I have been wanting to do a podcast with Nick for some time to talk about his past, as a runner potentially heading to the Olympics to represent The USA in the marathon distance, to his transition to shoe design and now cycling. Enjoy!
