Inclusion criteria:
Participants must have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) within an age range of 18 to 60.
The participant must have an Extended Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score at screening less than or equal to 6.5, inclusive.
As background, the main study is 6 months in duration, with an option for the participant to continue for an additional 6 months.

Have you ever wondered what your doctor does when they flit off to exotic (and not so exotic) locations for medical conferences? They are important and you can benefit tremendously from having a doctor who works hard to stay up to date with the latest ideas in the field.
Ask your doctor what the last conference they attended was and what they learned that affected your treatment and why.
Contrary to what some thing it isn't a ski/Beach trip funded by the drug manufacturers. Really, the rules on pharma are extremely restrictive these days and rightly so.

This podcast deals with changing your neurologist (in the UK) but also has a ton of good tips that are generally useful. Wendy is a senior manager in the NHS (we can't say where!) and really understands the system.
Since recording this episode Wendy has been to see her new neurologist and has been bowled over by how good a good MS neurologist can be. We'll follow-up soon.

Professor Stefano Plucino - a leader in this field who is a working MS Neurologist and researcher at the University of Cambridge in the UK helps us understand what is coming, when it will be here and how you can get involved with Clinical trial of these amazing new therapies.
Always ask your doctor - press them on this - what6 trials are running and how you might get involved. As ever, much of the burden falls to us but don't be disheartened.
Go to www.clinicaltrials.gov and you can search by condition (MS I guess!), country, recruiting status, eligibility criteria and there will always be a contact you can email directly or share with your neuro to refer you. I'd just send the email myself. Time is not our friend in MS.
If you are in the UK then the best thing you can do to indicate your interest and availability for clinical trial is go to https://ukmsregister.org and register there. You can take part in all sorts of research through this amazing hub.
