  • Hiiii friends!

Today, we debunk the myth of work-life balance. It's easy to say and nearly impossible to do.

Underneath work-life balance is actually perfectionism; needing to have every aspect of your life balanced...But you're a multi-faceted person, your life is made up of like 8 areas....

How are you supposed to strive for balance across all of these?

That's why I strongly believe in work-life harmony, not balance.

It's about identifying the 2-4 priority areas of your life in this moment in time and striving for harmony and integration across these.

Enjoy and let me know if you agree!

    - How to strive for work-life harmony

    - Why boundaries & saying "no" matters when creating work-life harmony
