"During difficult times, it's good to have a reminder of how beautiful we ALL are. So this episode is a little different - it's a conversation with my singing voice and piano playing, as opposed to the normal episodes... recorded in a moment of spontaneous inspiration and creativity - there's no rehearsal or warmup here - the words and music are created "in the flow state" - intended to reach your heart and uplift your spirit, while honoring our Creator.
I hope you enjoy it, and feel free to share with someone you know who could benefit from hearing this powerful message right now."

A season of celebration: regardless of our religious or personal affiliations, one thing I think we can all agree on is that Christmas offers a time to celebrate our connection with our family, our friends, to reflect upon our own life, our relationship with ourself, with our creator, with the people around us.
And to celebrate that, to enjoy with them, to give something of ourselves to others, whether that be physical gifts, or the gift of time and attention.
And on this episode, I want to share with you a special message upon the loss of somebody I've loved for many, many years my whole life. So this is a bit of a different episode!
I am going to share my eulogy for my uncle, and it's not an easy thing for me to share, it's kind of vulnerable. I have to be in a certain amount of heart openness and vulnerability to be able to share this with all of you.
I hope that this episode serves to inspire an honour both yourselves and those you hold dear.
-
A special WAKE UP CALL. Warning: This episode is hard-hitting. It's quite different to other episodes, in that I recorded after coming right out of a recent deep 3 hour meditation. I chose to share some of the realisations/revalations I received during that deep state of inner connectedness, with self and Source.
When listening - I request an open mind, not taking this personally - but lean in to the essence, sincerity and relative urgency with which I delivered it. I speak from a place of "being there myself" for years in the "material wilderness" - living at the "pedestrian" level of life, playing small, hiding in my material comforts, people and status.
This wake up call came to me and set me on this path of self-discovery, personal growth and leadership within various social and community circles. May it be received with the passion and compassion I shared it, and ultimately inspire you in your own personal pursuits.

The Wisdom Of Diwali – Learning To Conquer The Enemy Within
Most of us recognise the festival of Diwali – celebrated all over the world at this time, especially by Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains - as a time to celebrate the victory of light over darkness...
...of the great ancient hero, Lord Rama defeating the evil demon king Ravana, reuniting his family and kingdom, his royal return lit with lamps (hence the name “Diwali” – the festival of lights).
At the same time, although the evil Ravana met his end at the hands of Lord Rama many millennia ago, the battle of good over bad still rages on – relocated to the battleground within ourselves.
And so as conscious leaders in our own families, communities and businesses, we have to defeat our inner Ravana – our inner demons.
We all have distractions and undesirable traits within us – from familiar challenges like procrastination, addictions, fears and material excesses, to subtler things such as excessive time spent on social media, gossip and personal obsessions... -
Hope these are of value to infuse and inspired your day and week ahead!
