At times, we need rest from our social and intellectual lives too. So, the four friends discuss their sleep patterns, and matters related to sleep, like scheduling tasks, productivity optimizations, planning ahead in life, big decisions and near-death experiences. Okay, that’s a lot of things. And yup, Haziq got washed in the river while hiking in The Himalayas. No biggie, he’s fine.

Hanisah meets up with her friends, Khairi and Aquila, to talk about Wudhu. Well, what’s there to talk about a mundane act of washing yourself for prayer? They share their experiences on how Wudhu has been a form of Taqwa Tracker for themselves, and they discuss how Wudhu, intrinsically, provides spiritual value for personal discipline. Water, as it is, is not the only natural element that aids spiritual contemplation, and so, the three friends begin to talk about nature and its role in our religiosity. That brings us to environmental issues, on caring about nature being one human responsibility bestowed to us by God, that is often overlooked in our pursuit of spirituality.
