  • Episode 39: Hi guys!! Today we’re chatting with Autumn Smith. She’s a holistic nutritionist, co-founder of Paleovalley + Wild Pastures, and host of the Optimize Paleo podcast. Autumn’s story is so inspiring. She suffered from debilitating digestive issues and crippling anxiety for most of her life. After specialist told her nothing could be done, but as one final attempt at a life free of health issues, Autumn decided to harness the power of whole foods.
