KEY TAKEAWAYS:
We've been through periods of time like this before, but we are all in a different place in our lives. At this point in time we're going to see market volatility. We've seen that so far in 2022, and it’s expected to continue. One of the problems we have now, Is that the inflation that we're experiencing is not necessarily naturally occurring. From an investment standpoint, inflation and rising costs and the devaluing of the dollar all create the same kind of problem. The higher costs and the high inflation can be compounded with significant stock market losses, so a conservative approach is probably pretty wise for most.LINKS MENTIONED:

A walking testimony of the potential and possibility of transformation, Christen’s metamorphosis began with the diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disease after her second child was born. With no cure, she began the pursuit of healing through non-traditional means as she sought to reclaim her health.
With an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and academic R&D background, she explored holistic medicine, nutrition, neuroscience, and her faith. Because of the disease, exercise became challenging because of a general hypermobility and laxity of her joints, which led to an excruciating back injury. There are no coincidences and her decision to pursue classical Pilates helped to completely heal her back, manage her autoimmune condition and scoliosis. Classical Pilates as well as Christen’s well-rounded movement therapy trainings changed the way she moved and taught forever.
Christen holds 350 hours of Peak Pilates training, as well as certifications in FMT (Functional Movement Techniques) Basic, Performance, and Blades, Fusionetics Movement Edge for injury prevention, Primal Movement Chains and the Lymphatic System.
Christen encourages her clients that there is no diagnosis or circumstance that cannot be transformed from ashes to beauty. Have your wine shipped in the spring or the fall. Avoid the summer because it’s too hot and avoid the winter because it’s too cold. Store your wine in a place where there is no sunlight; sunlight will wreck wine. Putting your wine on top of your fridge is the worst idea ever.LINKS MENTIONED:

Chef Pano I. Karatassos
Executive Chef Kyma and Corporate Executive Chef Buckhead Life Restaurant Group
As Executive Chef of Atlanta's acclaimed Kyma restaurant, Chef Pano I. Karatassos has redefined the taste, style and ingredients that comprise what he refers to as Modern Greek Cooking.
Pano grew up in the kitchen, watching and listening as his Yiayia (Grandmother) prepared traditional foods, and worked magic with traditional Greek ingredients like olives, olive oil and honey.--three tastes that are central to Greek culture and cooking.
In the 1980s and ’90s, Pano I. Karatassos watched his father, Pano Karatassos, founder and CEO of the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, trail blaze the Atlanta culinary scene. The legendary restaurant Pano’s & Paul’s, then 103 West, Buckhead Diner, Chops, Pricci, Atlanta Fish Market, Lobster Bar. All restaurants synonymous with the best ingredients, highest quality service and attention to detail.
The younger Pano's culinary path really began when he was 16 years old and working in his father’s kitchens. It continued with formal schooling: a degree in hospitality management from Florida International University in 1993 and one from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., in 1996.
In 2001, he opened the Greek restaurant Kyma, and continues to hold a leadership position as Corporate Executive Chef within the family-owned business that has since expanded south, into the Florida cities of Boca Raton, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.
In late 2018, Chef Pano released his 1st cookbook, in collaboration with his cousin, Sophia Perpera, one of the world's leading authorities on Greek wines, with photography by acclaimed food photographer Francesco Tonelli. Longtime friend and mentor, Thomas Keller authored the book's forward.
On August 1, 2019, Chef Pano competed on the Food Network's show, Beat Bobby Flay. Chef Pano prepared his Signature Dish, Lamb Pie and DEFEATED BOBBY FLAY!

Meet Leah:
I have over 30 years in sales and the customer service industry. My passion is helping others, whether it be in my real estate business or volunteering in various charities. I love developing strong relationships and recognize the trust and value clients place in my ability to truly personalize their home buying experience. I strive daily to exceed their expectations and spread positivity, so it’s no surprise many of my clients become great friends! Understanding the importance of family, I leverage the skills and strength of a truly amazing team, working with three generations of my family to become one of the top producing teams in the metro area while “treating families like family”. A native of Louisiana, I have a passion for college football, outdoor activities, spending time on the lake and exercising. I especially love spending time with family and friends.Meet Susan:
After spending many years working for different employers in sales, marketing and purchasing, I was ready to be my own CEO. Now working in the real estate industry for over 7 years I can truly say the thing that I love most about being a Realtor is that it conveniently combines both my passion to help others with my purpose to help people live their best lives. My business philosophy places honesty and integrity above all else in catering to my clients’ needs. This service-oriented approach means the world to my clients. It’s not just about the “sale” for me; I am all about the experience. I want my clients to have 100% faith that I have their best interest in mind at all times. Treating clients like family is what sets me apart from any other agent out there. As most agents scramble to be all things to all people, I believe that home buyers and sellers value the knowledge and expertise of an agent who truly specializes in their type of property and knows the area they are looking in. My ultimate goal is finding a home that gives you an opportunity to feel good and make memories.DISCLOSURE:
