  • My name is Seb.

I used to struggle with severe social anxiety. Since 2009, I've helped people work through social anxiety in a way that is structured, practical, and gentle.

    No forced exposure.
    No pressure to perform.
    No "just push yourself" advice.

Social anxiety is not a defect.
It's a protective nervous system response that can be gradually retrained.

My work combines psychology with EFT tapping to update the emotional learning that drives social anxiety.

    Progress is not dramatic.
    It's gradual.
    Intensity decreases.
    Duration shortens.
    Confidence builds quietly.

If you're looking for a calm, realistic path forward, you're in the right place.
