In this week’s episode we look at getting into the beds – the flower beds – to plant and beautify your outside space. Richard Miron attempts once again to enlist his family in doing so, while Will Nash provides horticultural guidance and wisdom.
And according to Will, planting is all about location location location, along with a dose of timing and some good watering. Also we find out how to deal with those pests that threaten to upturn your beautifully laid plants. Snails beware!
Tip of the week: Water late in the day for maximum impact! -

On today podcast episode, Matt and I have our first guest!…The head teacher of the go green Romero project Mrs. Sophia Lobo. We discussed how the project started, the layout of the gardens, how it’s going, how the program is cross collicular, how the students feel about it all and much more.
The students at Romero have done a fantastic job putting together a greenhouse, building the raised garden beds, getting the gravel in place, setting up the worm huts, and the math students making the positioning of the raised beds right on point! Amazing job Romero students! follow along @gogreenromero on Instagram
