Ellen shares her memories of playing with Fran and Karen reflects on her impact both on and off the pitch.
The team also react to the Lionesses failing to reach the semi-finals of the Women's Nations League with a 2-1 defeat by group winners Spain, a game in which substitute Claudia Pina showed her class.
