Founder and principal designer of MEGANROSE Interiors, Megan Rose Atkinson is an entrepreneur driven by a passion for home. With an established career in real estate, Megan launched her interior design company in 2020 at the beginning of a global pandemic. At a time when most were closing their doors, Megan was looking to open a new door into the construction and design world. As Principal Designer, Megan oversees all design projects from concept to completion. Megan’s design approach lies in her devotion to creating reflective spaces based on clients’ lifestyles.
Megan splits her time in Novi, Michigan with her husband and their three young children and their family home in Scottsdale, AZ. In Megan’s free time she can be found on the soccer sidelines cheering on her kids, browsing a dusty antique store, or teaching at her beloved barre studio.

Lindsay Hunter combines her enthusiasm for interior design with her passion for the equestrian lifestyle to create intentional, inspirational living spaces for people from all walks of life. Past clients appreciate her attention to detail and her ability to bring the best out of any space, no matter how large or small. Lindsay brings a wealth of knowledge, insightful understanding, and elevated scope to every project because she understands why a house should feel less like a building and more like an extension of your life, identity, and passions.
Now based in San Diego, CA, interior designer Lindsay Hunter graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. After an intensive study in art and architecture in Bologna, Italy, Lindsay went on to pursue her studies in Interior Design at Santa Barbara City College where she met the stringent educational requirements necessary to receive her certification in June 2009.

This Wisconsin girl had big shoes to fill. As a Business graduate from Marquette University in Milwaukee, I knew my dreams went beyond just business and into design. Thus back to school I went to the Illinois Institute of Art where I acquired my Residential Interior Design degree. I’ve been a professional designer for close to a decade now, and it’s been a lifelong passion. I love each and every project from remodeling bathrooms, to helping select materials for gorgeous Lake Geneva vacation retreats.
As an interior designer, my goal is to always deliver a space that exceeds client expectations. That includes all phases of a project from concept to installation. My focus is You and our relationship—a relationship which reflects good listening on my part and also building trust so that you know I will deliver something beyond your wildest dreams or hopes.

With a background in branding and retail design, Dan Mazzarini has an unique design capability to adapt to each client’s personal narrative and needs, never staying stagnant on one look. For 10 years, his designs helped define such brands as Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Waterworks, Movado and more.
Since launching BHDM in 2012, Mazzarini has parlayed his craft of storytelling through the built environment to a multitude of project types, including hotels, restaurants, food halls, start ups, corporate interiors, showrooms, pop-ups, and single and multi-family residential. He has worked in historic spaces like Grand Central Terminal and the Harvard Club of New York, and helped to create new concepts for Google, One Medical, Hudson’s Bay Company, and Target. Kristi Hopper is passionate about home and holds fast to the notion that design should be exceedingly personal. At the heart of her thriving 24 year-old interior design firm, is the simple-yet-profound belief that everyone should Love Where You Live.™
Kristi’s multi-disciplinary approach carries a signature intelligence and ingenuity.
While her emphasis on the art of living is widely reflected in whole-home transformations, she possesses a holistic approach to design with residential and commercial projects, global vacation homes, product design and real estate.
Kristi serves on the Signature Kitchen Suite Design Council, has a product line with Harp and Finial, and she enjoys partnerships with Cozy Earth, Geometry House and Kelly O’Neal. Kristi fosters relationships within the design industry and serves as a panel and keynote speaker at DMC, High Point Market, the Vacation Rental Summit and other design events. Kristi opened the doors to her Lewisville offices in 2022, where her team and office pups welcome clients in style.
Kristi has garnered ASID and IDS awards and was deeply honored to be nominated a fourth time for an ART award. Kristi is a member of ASID, IDS and ART and serves her community with inexhaustible energy and enthusiasm.
Kristi and her husband, John, have two grown children, a puppy named Daisy, and live in Coppell, Texas

Elle, the CEO and Principal Designer, brings over a decade of experience to the table, along with an MBA and a certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell. Her sister Yvette, the Co-Founder and COO, is a licensed attorney and law professor who manages the firm's operations with her sharp analytical skills.
Together, they share their journey of building a successful Black-owned, women-owned design business, discussing everything from the challenges they've faced to the importance of solid business processes. We dive into their approach to client management, pricing strategies, and the value of investing in professional photography and PR.

We are Elle & Yvette, sisters and founders of Décorelle Studio, a luxury interior design firm servicing the DMV area and beyond. We founded Décorelle in 2018 to fill a gap in the interior design market – one that often fails to capture the newlyweds who just bought their first home, the empty nesters who want to reimagine their nest, or the bachelor(ette) who is just starting life out. Over the years, we have mastered the art of marrying the luxury that is interior design and accessibility that does not compromise quality and functionality.
