After a week off due to illness that Steve isn't fully recovered from the show returns as round 2 of the playoffs begins to wrap up across the CHL. First up its the QMJHL as Patrick McNeil returns to break down what happened in round 2 with all the higher seeds going over but some being closer than you might expect. The guys also tee up round 3 as Moncton and Rimouski continue to roll on, will they meet in the league final like most expect or can Rouyn Noranda or Shawinigan spoil the party?

Only 3 games in each OHL playoff series has been played so far but already many stories across the league have come forward. The most baffling of which is the 1 period suspensions for most Niagara IceDogs players, yet they are still neck and neck with Barrie. This week on the pod as advertised its part two of Steve and Kevin's pro hockey trip from late January as this week they discuss their time in Hershey and Reading. But first the NHL is stepping in to try and get the CHL, USHL and NCAA on the same page somehow which means a pause to that aggressive expansion.
Also, with the US and Canada in a trade war the guys have decided to shift their future road trip plans, and the US is no longer part of it.
