ADD and ADHD are finally getting some much-needed recognition in the workplace, but hereâs the real questionâare leaders ready to keep up?

The energy and excitement you once had to go for the big job or start your own company, host a great party, invent a new product. Lead something big at your company was just thatâa dream."
