  • Introducing a new sibling into your family is a huge transition for everyone! And for those of us that have gone through it, we know the transition can be a bit tricky for the older kids. In this episode we’re chatting to psychologist Sahra O’Doherty about how to manage your older children’s emotions when introducing a new sibling.

    We talk about things to do before the baby arrives to help prepare them, what you can do after the baby arrives to make them feel included and continue the sense of routine, as well as how to identify if your child is struggling with this big change.
