In this episode, I sat down with Jack Grant - originally from Central West NSW, Orange.
Jack finished school and headed down to Sydney for a gap year. 10 years later, he’s still there enjoying his time. Jack now is in his second year as a professional super rugby player.
We talk about the difference from going part-time to full-time and how that has helped his game. Playing many years in semi pro has allowed Jack to venture into other avenues. Jack also runs a clothing line called North Bondi Motorino.
We talk about how he founded that start-up with his mate and their future plans with the brand. Overall, a great bloke who I’m sure I will link up with again with soon. Join us and enjoy the conversation.

I sat down Isaac John, also known as Ice, A young boy from NZ who was signed with Parramatta Eels from the age of 13 and went on to play first Grade NRL and represent NZ.
I talk with Ice about his transition from the NRL into running the successful business of YKTR (You Know The Rules).

The setbacks- A four year ban that seen him miss some of his best years in the game.
But it may of been one of the best things that happened to him. He moved to Thailand set up a few businesses and worked on himself.
We touch on his letter to Craig Bellamy that got him a contract after those four years out. Landing him at Melbourne Storm.

I sat down with Lloyd Ashley, now has 150 caps for the Ospreys.
Talent Lloyd was dropped at Aged 16 by Wales Rugby , Next stop was Bridgend College , he set some Goals and its all went to plan
Captained Wales 18s, Played 20s and has been in the professional game ever since.
We talk about a 93-0 loss to New Zealand at the World Cup, the superstars he faced that day and where they are now. 13 from the 15 players ended up going to earn full caps for the All Blacks
A ACL Injury had him questioning himself if he would ever lace the boots again. But he says it was one of the best thing that ever happened.
He realised he needed to take in every moment and how quick it can all be taken away.
Outside of the game Lloyd has his business breaking down the stigma of Mental Health - Living Well with Lloyd Ashley.
We talk about mental health in depth, how to approach it and what Lloyds aim is moving forward with the business.
With everything going on in the world I really think this podcast is worth is a listen. If one person can talk to somebody from this I will of got my outcome :)
