Our #teamrun2pb interview this week features Run2PB OG Luke Millard. Luke's journey is a testament to the power of consistent training. This week's Better with Running Podcast features training updates from Chriso and Zacca. Chriso is back in action, sharing his training progress and VIP backstage experience. Zacca, however, has hit a roadblock with his form, experiencing a niggle that requires a break and reset.

This weeks #teamrun2pb athlete interview is with Natalie Mcabe. a seasoned runner with previous marathon PBs of 3:22 Natalie joined Run2PB in 2023 with the goal of increasing speed and strength and breaking 3:30 in the marathon.
With target races like the Ballarat Marathon and the NYC Marathon on the horizon, Nat surprised even herself in November 2023 when she ran an incredible NYC Marathon, smashing her PB with a time of 3:19:08.
