There he meets Holli Would (Kim Basinger), a sultry cartoon vixen hell-bent on having sex with a human man so she too can become human, and Frank Harris (Brad Pitt), a hard-boiled detective whose only job is to enforce Cool World's oldest law: NOIDS do NOT have sex with DOODLES.
