Parrish, Florida Resident Kathaleen “Kay” Hine was supposed to go to the Manatee County Fair on January 15, 1972. But something happened that day. The 51 year old woman, dressed in pale blue Levi’s and a dark sweater disappeared. She left behind 5 children, dozens of animals, her purse, her prescription sunglasses, medicine…everything.
To this day, Kay Hine has never been found. This is her story.

On June 17, 1990, the body of 18-year-old Lisa Boeckel was found floating in a canal on Snead Island about a mile from Emerson Point in Palmetto, Florida. While law enforcement called the death “suspicious,” they were not able to say whether it was a homicide. This five-part season investigates why that is.

The body of 65-year-old Harry Wolfe was found in the cab of his pickup truck in the Skaggs Albertson’s parking lot across from the DeSoto Mall in Bradenton Florida on April 21, 1977. He had been shot in the head multiple times. No motive or suspect was ever identified.

Love was with her husband and 10-year-old daughter shopping for a tree when she was killed.
