This week I'm introducing a perspective shift: if someone does something hurtful...let them. Let's dive into the Let Them Theory, where instead of trying to control another person or an outcome of a situation, we let it happen. THEN, we communicate our feelings and set boundaries. By doing this, we can learn how to allow people to show up as themselves, and decide if they're meant to be in our lives or not.

If you are dealing with symptoms like mood and/or hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, bloating, chronic anxiety & depression, menstrual cycle abnormality, your nervous system may be in a state of dysregulation. How does this happen, and how can we fix it? Sometimes, after a traumatic event, big life change, or period of prolonged stress, our body can get stuck in its fight or flight response, and this leads our body to de-prioritize vital systems like our digestive, immune, and reproductive systems. It takes time to get dysregulated, but with time, patience, and proper care we can restore our nervous system back to a state of peace and safety. It's natural to set goals for ourselves. But there's two different types of goal setting:
-Healthy goal setting that brings us fulfillment while allowing room for unexpected opportunities
-Rigid life planning that blocks any other plan the universe might have for us and skipping the joy of the journey along the way
If you don't reach your goal...will you be okay? Can you die happy? If the answer is no, it may be time to restructure your goal. Can you make your goal about the feeling along the way rather than the finished product?
In this episode I discuss not only how we can redirect our goals to make ourselves happy as opposed to the need to achieve based on external validation, but I cover how our core beliefs about ourselves lead to our self-fulfilling prophecies.

So...you're in a funk. Things aren't going as planned and the temptation to complain is higher than ever. Without judging yourself for being in a lower vibrational state than you'd like, let's get curious about it! Negativity spirals are easy to fall into, especially when we're living in a hypervigilant state. In this week's episode I dive into new coping mechanisms we can lean on to re-regulate ourselves such as thought redirection, vagus nerve stimulation, and open communication with trusted loved ones to find new perspectives. A funk is just that - funky, uncomfortable, annoying - but in the words of Jinx Monsoon - it's just water off a duck's back! We can redirect our energy back to the higher vibration we deserve to thrive in.
