Did you know focusing on lack and what’s missing in your life is a major block to abundance.

In this episode I discuss how to overcome Abundance Blockages. I provide a simple and immediately actionable strategy & Structured Steps for Self-Validation bringing self awareness to empower your inner resources.

Focusing on the skills you have inspires forward movement, quietens anxiety and self doubt, nourishes self worth, motivates you to keep going and amplifies abundance.

I explore the emotional barriers to creating abundance, specifically the reliance on external validation from masculine figures like a father.

I encourage the client to start small and integrate these practices into their lives, acknowledging personal growth and the shift from scarcity to abundance mindset.

The aim in every coaching & discovery session is not just to share and discuss but to suggest immediately actionable strategies for clients to honour their needs.

How can Self Awareness empower you on your Health journey?

Did you know that until the 1970s, medical data was based on the male physiology? Menopause reseach only started in the 1990s and data has been based primarily on the physiology of caucasian women!

In this excerpt from a Free Group Coaching Session in Season 2 #fearlesslycuriouspodcast I share why it's important for women to reclaim our personal authority by reconnecting with the wisdom within our own bodies, and challenging societal norms.

We are generations of women who have become so disconnected with our bodies and now dependent on other people to speak to our health without checking into whether the data (which is historic) resonates with what we FEEL to be true.

I encourage communication, community support, and self-prioritisation to foster a healthier, happier life especially during menopause.

The aim in every coaching session is not just to share and discuss but to suggest strategies for clients to honour their needs, in this case, the need for self awareness in women's health in a world that does not fully support diversity in data.

Human design is introduced as a tool to understand your unique traits and to use this knowledge to navigate social media with confidence and a sense of direction. I encourage you to embrace your individuality, dismiss the fear of not being good enough, and to post content that genuinely represents YOU, turning the act of sharing into a joyful and empowering practice.

Season 2 #fearlesslycuriouspodcast kicks off with a clip from a real Conscious Parenting Coaching Session where I address the situation of a child choosing NOT to communicate with an authority figure, and the parent's role in managing this situation.

I present an opportunity for the parents to recognise their child's consistent decisions to assert her boundaries as qualities in her developing character to be admired.

Their child is clear on their needs, has the ability to express them, is consistently & confidently showing up in their decisions showing strong boundaries.

We discuss how parents can support their children while maintaining safe and legal practices and the importance of open dialogues and understanding the perspectives of both the parents and the child.

I highlight to the parents the importance of being open to expressing to their child that they are figuring things out, doing the best they can with what they know as they go along and sometimes parents don’t make the best decisions.

At the end of the day they are in this together and as long as together they stand strong with a forward view on refining and improving then any errors can be resolved with loving kindness and compassion

In every coaching session, the aim is not just to share and discuss but to suggest strategies for parents to honour their children's unique needs, in this case upholding boundaries, while fulfilling their legal obligations and responsibilities.
