On this episode of the podcast, show host Amanda Head gets reaction from Yale School of Public Health Professor Emeritus of Epidemiology Dr. Harvey Risch regarding former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Dr. Anthony Fauciâs most recent testimony given before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. In his initial reaction, Dr. Risch agrees with Head on her characterization of the hearing â Members of Congress questioning Dr. Fauci were not as prepared as they could have been and the hearing felt âunderwhelmingâ after being âhyped and billedâ as a hearing that would consist of hard-hitting questions driven directly at Fauci. Dr. Risch then reveals that he and others in the medical and scientific community reached out to Congress ahead of Fauciâs hearing to offer advice and expertise. The response to their offer was basically, âthatâs okay. We donât need you. We have our own experts.â Clearly, they did not.
Dr. Risch is a staunch advocate for justice, but says there is no legal recourse for big government bueacurats like Dr. Fauci because the âmanagerial totalitarian societyâ thatâs run by this âmanagerial class of peopleâ continuously make decisions that exist to preserve itself, rather than existing to serve our country. Moreover, despite many people dying or losing their job during the COVID pandemic, individuals who are derlict in their duty like Dr. Fauci either fail up into more lucrative positions, or the justice system chalks up their disconcerted actions, manipulations, lies and corruption, as someone just doing âa bad job in their job.â
Furthermore, Dr. Risch said he believes the country lost after the latest Fauci hearing. Risch said, âthere is very low likelihood that anything will be used from Fauciâs testimony to try him for contempt of Congress. Fauci has lied repeatedly in his testimony under oath to Congress. Fauci said that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) never funded a gain of function research in Wuhan. However, Dr. Risch has the smoking gun evidence to show Dr. Fauci lied the whole time. He shares an email with an associated grant number as proof where the University of North Carolina was sponsored by NIH and their specific grant from NIAID says the government organization determined that the reference grant within the correspondence may include gain of function research. Despite the high risk of this research â which is why then-President Barack Obama put a government funding pause on this type of research into effect, the NIH let them get away with it even when they knew they were doing it.
Head goes on to ask Dr. Risch about what he thought of the Democratsâ questioning of Dr. Fauci, and what he personally thinks about gain of function research. The duo also continues to talk about the ramifications from the COVID pandemic and the United Statesâ lackluster response, as well as how Dr. Fauci did nothing but ruin lives and push people toward vaccination, including through mandates.

On this episode, host Amanda Head dives into former President Donald Trumpâs âhush moneyâ trial and the weaponization of our justice system with Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz tells Head, âif thereâs a conviction here, it will change the justice system forevermore.â The best-selling author goes on to say, âit will weaponize the [justice] system. It will mean that both sides will try to use the legal system as a way of winning elections.â Dershowitz, who was in the New York courtroom, went on to say that, âif there is an acquittal, maybe at least we can say the jury system works. But if thereâs a conviction or even a hung jury, it will show the prosecution benefits from bringing a case, which is no crime at all.â The legal scholar also slams Judge Juan Merchan, who is currently overseeing the Trump case in New York. Dershowitz says that he is not âunbiasedâ and that he also âwants a convictionâ of the former president.
The second guest on this episode of the podcast is Abe Hamadeh, Arizonaâs 2022 Republican Nominee for Attorney General, and currently a republican candidate for Arizonaâs 8th Congressional District. Hamadeh told Head that the Democrats want illegal immigrants to vote in elections so they can get more voters. He said, âThe Democrats, they know that theyâve lost the American people.â He goes on to say, âtheyâre losing black Americans and Hispanic Americans. So what theyâre trying to do is get a new voter bloc on their side.â These bold statements come at a time when House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) held a press conference earlier this month where they discussed the âSafeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Actâ which would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections. Hamadeh said that he has noticed some pushback from state legislatures on illegal immigrants being able to vote and some of them have been âpunching back more effectivelyâ than heâs ever seen.
