Let’s face it-we all have moments when we punish ourselves. It may be refusing to spend money on something we want, or passing on dessert or even talking badly about our bodies. We can decide at any point to stop. Maybe we could start shifting how we think about our lives (and even enjoy ourselves)!

Anywhere you look, you can find unrest. Question is, how do you respond? If you allow yourself to get swept up in it, you expend energy you do not have. There is an alternative.

How many times have you talked yourself out of doing something? Taking a chance? Moving on a dream or creative idea? Perhaps this is a sign!

When’s the last time you did something for the first time? Are you saying YES to living or are you playing it safe?

When’s the last time you crafted an email introduction? Or got creative about bringing two people together who have never met? We need be bringing together amazing people! Get out there and start introducing!
