Spiritual bypassing is more common in our communities than you think. Have you ever used spirituality as a way to avoid dealing with your personal issues?
Usually, people who spiritual bypass have some kind of unresolved trauma in their past, or they’re dealing with some kind of difficult life situation that they don’t want to face.
In this episode I talk more about spiritual bypassing, and why we need to be honest with ourselves by dealing with their issues head-on, instead of avoiding them.

Perfectionism has been ruining my life and I don't want the same to happen to you.
Perfectionism is actually a form of self-sabotage that can prevent you from achieving your goals and living a fulfilled life.
This belief makes us think that if we just try hard enough, we can be perfect.
This may sound like a good thing, but it's actually a harmful mindset. Why? Because it leads us to believe that we're never good enough and that we have to keep striving for an impossible standard.
