  • This is one of my favorite practices to guide clients through. It's a short, but effective grounding practice that will guide you in a short breathing practice, tree visualization practice, and grounding into your 5 senses!

    This is a great practice for a moment of overthinking, overwhelm or anxiety, or just to get into the moment.

When we give our emotions time and we feel them, we let them move thru us & then our most authentic self can get back in the driver's seat.
