He received his BS in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma and went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2019. His early experiences with his own mental health inspired him to pursue psychiatry, however, due to moral & ethical conflicts with the current medical model he opted to create his own practice that combines lifestyle medicine, psychotherapy, & plant medicine. Meagan Landress is a student loan consultant for Student Loan Planner. She obtained her finance degree at The Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Alex Hajduczok, MD, is a first-year cardiology fellow at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internal medicine training at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, and went to medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He is interested in a career as an academic cardiologist, specializing in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant. His main research interests include remote monitoring for heart failure, hemodynamics, and cardiogenic shock. He started using WHOOP in 2017 to optimize CrossFit training and has been a Level-1 certified CrossFit trainer since 2016. Alex leads multiple clinical trials with wearables and uses device-measured objective data in his own life to improve performance. Ragav Sharma, DO, CSCS, is currently a resident physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation whose mission is to help others live their best lives possible. Ragav completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois – Chicago in Bioengineering before attending medical school at Midwestern University – Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Born in San Diego, Ragav suffered problems with his health very early on which served as his impetus for pursuing medicine. Diagnosed with hypothyroidism at an early age, Ragav suffered from severe obesity for nearly all of his childhood. At the insistence of his endocrinologist, he began changing his lifestyle and unknowingly began a lifelong journey of learning, sharing, and self-improvement.
