Sisterhood should be sacred, but if you look on social media today you will see a lot of stories of friendships amongst women ending in fatalities, bitter feuds, and jealous rages breaking things apart. How do we prevent this?
This week I discuss my feelings around the tragic passing of Shanquella Robinson (RIP) who went on a trip to Mexico with friends and never made it home. I'm also talking about all of the shady friendships I've seen on social media in the past week, including the friend of a cast member from Love Is Blind.
So much has been happening, however these moments are teachable for those of us who are touched by the events. We need sisterhood – but we need it in its safe sacredness. That takes discernment...

Did you know that hitting children can cause brain damage? Yes, brain damage.
Recently I shared a post on Instagram about the unacceptable nature of hitting children and it received backlash from people who tried to excuse the behaviour. The common theme is people thinking it is okay because they survived it. But that doesn't make it okay, and if you can excuse it, neither are you.
Tune into this episode to understand how being hit as a child can trick your brain into repeating the cycle.
Share with anyone you know who doesn't understand the damage their actions can be causing.

Today I share my virginity journey with you all – and I mean really share (eek!)
Recently I shared the fact that I'm a 28 year old virgin on TikTok and the response was much warmer than I expected. I shared life lessons I learned on the journey, but I didn't explain why I had chosen that path or what my journey has really been like.
Realising that there are so many others who are also on this path and have been feeling alone pushed me to share this episode, from the dreams to the nightmares, the temptations and the testimony. I hope that it gives comfort to anyone else who is also walking the path and feeling pressure, and an insight for those who aren't on this particular journey but are equally on a path of being set apart from what is deemed normal in society.

This week I'm answering a question that I received on TikTok that asked what questions should you ask on a fourth date (after the hobbies, travel and music interests). It's a great question because there are so many more things to talk about, which often end up only being discussed further down the line into a relationship when things get rough.
The episode is full of questions to make your dating experience more intimate and help you really decide if the person you're dating is a match for you.

Are you in the spiritual community online?
Have you found yourself feeling torn between yourself and your spiritual teacher or guide?
It is important to not get lost in anything, even if we think it's good for us. We should always be aware and carry our senses, discernment and intuition with us. Whether we are in a church, or part of a community seeking enlightenment, anything that oppresses us is not healthy.
This episode is a reminder to pay attention to your intentions and notice when they have been blurred by misguided vision.

Do you have daddy issues?
Father wounds (also known as daddy issues) can affect any of us. It doesn't make us any less worthy if we have them. But when we aren't able to identify how the wounds are affecting us, we end up experiencing so much more suffering than we need to.
In this episode, I focus on how daddy issues affects girls and women, whilst also touching on how it affects boys and men. You'll be able to see how much fatherlessness and abusive fathers are impacting the world, from poverty to crime rates.
If you'd like to work 1-1 through daddy issues, you can contact me via Instagram to get onto my waitlist for the 'Daddy Issues Are Not My Issue' program.

God has been working on me and through me to "put the bags down". Not the projections placed on us, but the ones the judgments we place on ourselves.
You are holding yourself prisoner to mistakes that God has already forgiven.
It's time to release yourself.

This week I'm back to discuss the pro's and con's of posting children online. From children being used as pawns in games between parents, to children being exploited to predators, where do we draw the line?
I also share my thoughts about children using the internet themselves and being influenced and raised by devices more than parents.
What are your thoughts?

This week I'm back with a recap of what my two month Instagram break brought to the focus, and discuss whether we are consuming medicine or poison.
In this episode I take you through how to apply this to intimate relationships, social media and entertainment. And the importance of knowing when something has reached its expiry date in your life, to prevent illness.

We often hear the term generational curse, but what exactly do we mean?
In some cases what we are actually referring to is traumatic retention. This weeks bonus episode focuses on how domestic violence households affect children, and how that manifests into affecting entire cultures.
This episode will discuss hereditary trauma, how domestic violence affects fetus', newborns, and children/adolescent's. We'll also look at how the results follow the children into adulthood with a short story about a boy called George (to break down traumatic retention).
I also share my personal story of how growing up in a domestic violence household affected me.
Get comfortable, find a safe space and tune in.

We get into the effects of stress on a pregnant mother, our pet peeves along the reparenting journey, advice for mothers, and much more.

Closure is something we give to ourselves, but in today's society we have been sold a facade that closure is only given to us when we receive a final word from someone who has done us wrong.
