Dr. Dhand, one of the most insightful and dedicated doctors I've had the pleasure of encountering, joins us for a profound conversation that uncovers the deep-rooted issues within the healthcare system, the critical role of lifestyle in managing chronic diseases, and the extensive conflicts of interest that pervade medicine.
Sharing his inspiring journey from the UK to the US and his transformative experiences, Dr. Dhand champions a pivotal shift towards addressing the root causes of chronic illnesses.
This episode offers a deep dive into the challenges with modern medical education, the rampant systemic corruption, and the vital need for a paradigm shift in healthcare towards true wellness and disease prevention. -
In episode one of my podcast, I'm delighted to introduce Professor Paul Goddard, a retired Professor of Radiology and co-author of the controversial book "The Death of Science." This insightful work scrutinizes the politicization of science, asserting that it's being manipulated to dictate public behaviour, which poses a threat to the essence of science and liberal democracy. "The Death of Science" discusses provocative topics such as the origins of COVID-19, vaccine efficacy, climate change, and the importance of challenging scientific narratives without resorting to dismissive labels.
Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on how science intersects with politics and society, and the vital role of debate and inquiry in advancing knowledge. -

In the pilot episode of my podcast, I had the privilege of hosting Dr Ali Ajaz, a distinguished Psychiatrist with a rich background in both the NHS and his private Brain Health Clinic. Dr Ajaz specialised in Forensic Psychiatry and has special interests in Gut-Brain Health and Nutritional Psychiatry. He has a strong belief in a holistic approach to mental health, advocating for the exploration of root causes over the conventional prescription of antidepressants—a practice he has abstained from for two years.
The inaugural episode, drawn from a live X spaces event, presented a few technical challenges and was longer than intended. It has since been edited down for clarity and brevity. The technical aspects, admittedly rough in this initial foray, offered significant learning opportunities, which I've taken to heart for the improvement of future episodes. It’s essential to clarify that any shortcomings in the production were mine alone and in no way reflect on Dr Ajaz’s invaluable contribution. Indeed, I could not have hoped for a better first guest, whose insights set a high bar for the series!
