PART TWO:

But as Trump introduces him, he doesn't know that his world, and history, are about to change. Jansen’s about to utter three words that will knock Trump down to size and lead to his downfall. In the second and final episode of this premiere episode of Poddreams, we hear Trump unravel and get knocked off of his throne of lies once and for all.

THE TRIDENT is a tale told in five episodes about three savvy women blazing their paths in New York. With prestigious jobs at a hugely successful website, the tight circle of friends feel like life is working out just as they wanted. As is sadly too often the case, however, their boss at the prestigious dotcom start-up where they work, is a soul-sucking sexual predator. But rather than play the role of victims, they plot a clever tale of revenge to humiliate and shame him in a bold attempt at leveling the playing field. It turns into a cat and mouse contest where the stakes include a fragile male ego, female empowerment, infidelity, cyber-warfare and death threats.
ACT I:
Mary, fresh off the bus from Kentucky, lands a job writing for a hot website called “Monkeyteeth,” where she befriends savvy and scrappy Lena—who has a hit blog of her own. When they meet June, a high society but down to earth security tech engineer, the three move into June’s 25 million-dollar Park Avenue duplex and dub themselves the “Trident.” They’re living the New York dream, but don’t yet know the owner of Monkeyteeth is a sexual predator waiting to pounce.

ACT II:
The “Trident,” as Mary, Lena and June call themselves, feel like New York society darlings. At Monkeyteeth, the website where they landed their dream jobs, Lena’s pseudo brain science blog “Get The Dope,” is a sensation and Mary find her niche with a fictional blog called “The Troika”—about a trio of fabulously fun and wealthy young Manhattan socialites, modeled after themselves. But when Howard, Monkeyteeth’s CEO, lures Mary to his brownstone and pulls a “Weinstein,” the wind goes out of Mary, Lena and June’s sails. But June is having none of it—and a long plot of revenge is born.

ACT III:
June guns for Howard, Monkeyteeth’s founder, for accosting her friend Mary. Her revenge plot includes completely inventing a young sex-starved teen from scratch, and then using her high- security clearance and social media skills to “virtually” link the “Lolita” to Howard. When Howard’s wife thinks he’s having an affair, it puts Monkeyteeth’s multi-billion-dollar acquisition in jeopardy, as well as the Trident’s safety.

ACT IV "THE WEENIE ROAST"
Trying to ruin Howard “virtually” wasn’t enough for The Trident. After June’s sexy “Lolita” emails fail to destroy him, she takes it up a notch, and puts herself at risk. The next plot of revenge against the serial molester will put June directly in harm’s way. As the minutes to MonkeyTeeth’s multi-billion-dollar acquisition close in, the three women set out to ravish their abuser and expose him to the world.

ACT V:
After narrowly escaping harm, and inflicting severe and humiliating pain on Howard, June sets out to share the shocking video of Howard’s attempted rape with the world wide web. But harsher forces are at play, and soon the Trident find themselves not only being destroyed online, but threatened in real life. In this final episode of the Trident, Mary, Lena and June navigate dangerous waters as the fate of their revenge scheme, and their lives are at stake.
