đš A federal judge ruled the FBI's warrantless searches of Americans under FISA Section 702 violated the Fourth Amendment. The government's response? Ignore it and prepare to renew the program anyway.
Section 702 sunsets on April 20, 2026âin less than 90 days. Congress is already staging the renewal debate. And despite a court ruling that these backdoor searches are unconstitutional, the FBI, DOJ, and intel establishment are pushing to expand surveillance, not end it.
In this episode, I break down the Hasbajrami case, where Judge LaShawn Darcy Hall called Section 702 searches a "dragnet" and a "general warrant"âthe exact tyranny the Fourth Amendment was written to prevent. I show you the 2024 RISAA amendment that made surveillance worse, the Stasi-like provision that could turn your landlord or coffee shop owner into a government spy node, and why the establishment from both parties is united in crushing your civil liberties.
âïž THE ONE QUESTION THAT MATTERS: Warrantâyes or no?
If the FBI wants to search Americans' communications in the 702 database, they should get a probable cause warrant. Anything else is permission. And permission is not how rights work.
đ WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
âą Why FISA 702 is a Fourth Amendment trap
âą The Hasbajrami court ruling explained
âą How the 2024 amendment expanded surveillance
âą Who's pushing renewal vs. who's fighting for warrants
âą What you can do before the April 2026 deadline

Ben Shapiro just dismissed Israelâs 1967 attack on the USS Liberty â where 34 American sailors were killed and 171 wounded â as basically âirrelevantâ and âa mistake.â In this episode, we walk through the evidence he doesnât show you.â
A US Navy intelligence ship. Multiple Israeli overflights that identified it as an American vessel. A giant US flag in clear weather. Life rafts shot in the water. Distress frequencies jammed in violation of international law. Then decades of political coverâup from Washington.â
In this breakdown, we:
â Play the full AmFest exchange where a student confronts Shapiro on the USS Liberty
â Compare Shapiroâs âmistaken identityâ claim to survivor testimony and Navy records
â Look at why the attack and the coverâup still matter for USâIsrael policy today

Was that 2016 Trump⊠or just a greatest-hits performance for the cameras?
In Episode 102 of Reasonable Doubts, we break down the latest âTrump is backâ hype â after a viral clip where President Trump called Ilhan Omar's community "garbage,â sparking MAGA hope amid Minneapolis ICE raids and a new travel ban and then stress-test it against the receipts: policy moves, numbers, incentives, and who actually wins when the cameras turn off.
We pull receipts: Ann Coulter calls out lies, Tucker Carlson questions donor class wins, Nick Fuentes/Alex Jones expose rhetoric gaps. Low numbers vs. bold talkâAmerica First or donor first? Decide for yourself.
We also touch foreign policy (Israel/ Gaza/Iran), and the bigger question: base gets rhetoric, donors get policy â so what do you do if youâre done being played?
Key topics:
Travel bans + Minneapolis crackdown coverage
Follow the money into the part almost nobody wants to touch: legal mass-immigration pipelines â especially H-1B
The âCanada side doorâ route and why it matters even if âthe borderâ is supposedly secure
Deportation fails, border wall status, foreign aid waste
The abysmal polling numbers
Right-wing critics (Coulter, Carlson, Fuentes) react

The U.S. Senate just passed an unprecedented resolution condemning a single private citizen by nameâa guy whoâs never committed an act of violenceâsimply for having a conversation on Tucker Carlsonâs show.
But hereâs the twist: this resolution reveals desperation, not dominance. If you understand power, youâll recognize this isnât a flex. Itâs a tell.
In this episode of Reasonable Doubts, we unpack why Congress is obsessed with policing outsiders, why Schumer pushed this vote, and how the political establishment accidentally exposed their own weakness. When a government starts labeling âheretics,â it means dissent is gaining ground â not losing it.
This episode breaks down the resolution itself, the political incentives behind it, the media choreography surrounding it, and the deeper psychological purpose of public condemnations. Youâll see why the Senate needed this moment â and why it backfired.
đ Key Topics:
Why the Senate targeted Fuentes in the first place
Why Schumer had to attack Trump personally to make it stick
The glaring double standard: Epstein enablers walk free, Gaza gets firebombed with zero condemnation, but a streamer gets the full government branding treatment
Why Schumerâs resolution is a political trap designed to split the right
Why theyâre really going after Tucker (hint: he broke consensus on war, immigration, and corporate power long before Fuentes)
Why Fuentes actually appeals to young men the establishment canât control
How this proves dissident ideas are spreading.
The crackdown is real. But itâs also proof theyâre losing the narrative war. A dying animal lashes out hardest on its way down.

Michigan just detonated a political firestorm â and Episode 100 breaks it wide open. After a viral moment in Lansing where Michiganâs top education official refused to answer the basic question âHow many genders are there?â, the State Board moved full steam ahead and approved sweeping new gender identity standards for students.
Tonight, Daren Wiseley breaks down what that moment really means for parents, kids, and the battle over who controls reality in the classroom. The episode digs into what actually happened, what these standards really say, and why Michigan parents are calling it a direct attack on reality.
đ Key Topics:
* The viral hearing that took over the internet
* The November 13 vote and whatâs actually in these 74 pages
* Why public comment was 69% against â and ignored anyway
* How opt-outs get quietly bypassed in âhealthâ class
* The subpoena the House Oversight Committee issued before the vote
* What Michigan parents need to know before December 2
This isnât just a policy change â itâs a revelation of how power actually works, who sets the rules, and how far the state will go to redefine truth itself. And as always: No government agency has jurisdiction over the truth.
If youâre a parent who feels like youâre being lied to about whatâs happening in your kidâs classroom, this one is for you.

The American right is at war with itselfâand tonight, we name every name.
Tucker Carlsonâs viral interview with Nick Fuentes didnât just break the internet; it shattered the old rules. Within hours, the GOP establishment and conservative gatekeepers were melting down. Shapiro, Levin, Hammerâonce the loudest voices against cancel cultureâare now leading the charge to deplatform, denounce, and âneutralizeâ dissent within their own tribe. In this episode, we cut through the hysteria to ask:
* Who actually gets to decide whatâs âtoo dangerousâ to be heard?
* Is the American right protecting itselfâor devouring itself?
* Are we watching the death of free speechâor the birth of something bolder?
Clips, receipts, and cold truths:
* The wildest establishment calls for cancellation and purity tests
* Why âFree Speechâ is suddenly a four-letter word
* What the media elites are really afraid of
If youâre tired of ritual denunciations, loyalty oaths, and finger-wagging, youâre in the right place. We slam the gatekeepers, spotlight the hypocrisy, and let YOU decide if the movement has a futureâbecause if the internet is burning, weâre barbecuing the sacred cows.
đĄ Drop your comment:Are we witnessing a new era for the right or its final implosion? Whoâs right: the dissidents, the gatekeepers, or the audience? Best takes get featured in the next episode.

In this explosive episode, Reasonable Doubts pulls back the curtain on the turmoil roiling Americaâs political youth movement. From group chat scandals to high-profile betrayals, this show explores how infighting, hypocrisy, and âfriendly fireâ are sabotaging the right far more than the opposition ever could. Daren Wiseley dives into recent incidents â where leaked Republican group chats and power struggles led to purges, ruined reputations, and a platform for the gatekeepers to target dissident voices. The episode draws clear lines between the leftâs âcircle the wagonsâ approachâprotecting and promoting radicalsâand the rightâs tendency to silence, exile, and police its own, often doing the regimeâs dirty work.â
đ Key Topics:
* Leaked Young Republican group chats: context, fallout, and power struggle.â
* The Jay Jones/text scandal and double standards in outrage/punishment.â
* Why establishment gatekeepers on the right act against their own partyâs grassroots and young voices.â
* A discussion of the parallels J. Burden draws in a recent article between Malcolm Xâs âhouse Negroâ parable and the modern rightâs moral dependence on its enemies.â
* The historical playbook for self-sabotage, from neocons to âhouse conservativesâ and the moral traps they set.â
* Concrete strategies for rejecting the regimeâs framing and building a movement that cannot be purged or silenced.â
* Shout-outs to creative voices and critics (J. Burden, JD Vance, Matt Walsh, and others) who challenge gatekeeping culture, push back against performative outrage, and highlight real power dynamics.âThe shocking origin story of the ADL and the Leo Frank case
Listen if Youâre:

* How the ADLâs 1993 spy ring targeted 12,000+ Americans

The ADL has spent decades positioning itself as the arbiter of hate speech while simultaneously targeting conservatives, free speech advocates, and anyone who challenges their narrative. From their founding during the Leo Frank trial to partnering with Facebook, YouTube, and PayPal to deplatform critics, the ADLâs influence has been uncheckedâuntil now. This is about more than one organization. Itâs about who gets to define hate, who controls public discourse, and whether weâll let unelected gatekeepers silence dissent. Assume Nothing. Read Everything. Then Decide.
Whatâs inside:A clean walk-through of the Tyler Robinson case: what the charging documents actually allege, the campus timeline and roof sequence, the rifle (and those inscriptions), the text-message narrative (and why parts read⊠off), plus the defenseâs early posture on metadata gaps, body-cam, chain-of-custody, and Brady obligations. We separate courtroom facts from headline theater and flag whatâs still unanswered.
Focus:If you already doubt the stateâs storyâor that Robinson acted aloneâthis tests the narrative against its own documents: where the timeline strains, where the language in the texts doesnât fit, and what concrete evidence would actually settle the big questions.
* How mainstream politics/media handle Israelâdonor pressure, lobbying, and why younger audiences are tuning out.
* Foreign-aid debates; why âAmerica Firstâ skeptics see misaligned incentives.
* Social media breaking the monopoly on narratives (TikTok, independent outlets), and why thatâs shifting public opinion.
* The Netanyahu messaging moment in the immediate aftermathâand why early statements matter for perception.

Charlie Kirk wasnât just another name in the conservative movementâhe was one of the few who actually built something. Turning Point USA grew from dorm-room leaflets into a political powerhouse, shaping an entire generation of activists. And now, heâs gone.
But this isnât just about one man. Itâs about what his killing reveals about the country weâve becomeâwhere the unthinkable is now a punchline, and outrage has replaced empathy.
In this episode of Reasonable Doubts, we trace the events surrounding the Charlie Kirk assassinationâwhatâs been confirmed, whatâs been buried, and what the narrative leaves out.
We dissect the official timeline, the digital trail, and the strange inconsistencies in early reports. We also examine the disturbing public reactionâhow social media mobs celebrated, journalists rationalized, and educators found ways to make the story about themselves.
This isnât conspiracy hunting. Itâs cultural diagnosis. When half the country cheers a manâs death because they disagreed with his politics, weâve crossed a line that used to separate civilization from chaos.
But hereâs the truth: it doesnât stop unless we do something about it.The era of quiet outrage and passive scrolling is over.If you believe in free speech, in decency, in the right to exist without fearâyou donât get to sit this one out.
We cannot afford to be cowards. We cannot outsource courage. We have to start standing for something again.
Because if we donât, this momentâthis tragedyâbecomes just another headline. And the people who want to tear it all down will keep winning by default.

Following up from my discussion of this case in February, I discuss a preliminary injunction recently granted that enjoins the feds from their Orwellian censorship of social media - a victory for the First Amendment!
This case details how the government believes they have authority writ large to suppress any speech found inconvenient, holding zero qualms about trampling the rights of its own citizens in the process. Thankfully we have some positive news as this federal judge upheld the Constitution
