We've got a Valentine's Day Special! First off, Lauren CRIES for the first time ever on air (ewe, tears).
BUT, at the end of Season 1, we asked what you wanted more of for Season 2. Two phrases came up the most: "more solo episodes" and "more vulnerability." And oh, did we deliver!
In spirit of Valentine's Day and the release of the final To All the Boys I've Loved Before movie, Lauren decided to release her own version of To All the Boys—and in today's episode, Lauren opens up and reads out a letter to the five boys she has loved before.
Listen on to hear about the who, what, where, and why's of Lauren's love life so far.

THE NUMBER 1 REQUESTED EPISODE IS HERE!!!!
How do you make friends after college? *dun dun dunnnnnn*
Is it weird? Of course. Is it scary? A bit. Is it worth it? 3000000%.
But here's the comforting thing—we have all had a panic attack and quarter life crisis over how we're supposed to make friends and sustain friendships after you've graduated and you don't have an orientation leader shoving ice breakers down your throat and weekly sorority chapter meetings.
We get it—it's difficult, a little uncomfy, and a totally foreign experience.
Cue Alana and Lauren.
We're here to give you our honest opinions and stories on how to make friends after college, what has worked for us, and how we sustain real, adult friendships. From in-person activities like outdoor workouts to more COVID-safe activities like DMing a fun gal on IG, we've got you covered.
Trust us, we are all in this shit together.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!
And unfortunately, it's another Wednesday we're stuck in quarantine. We are still living in the midst of a pandemic, and the economic repercussions are so, so heavy. According to the Washington Post, over 100,000 small businesses have closed forever due to COVID-19. This is huge, not just for our economy but for our communities and the people in them. Small businesses help provide communities with a sense of identity and place! Think of your hometown and its main street or downtown area. These businesses matter, so in today's episode, we sit down with a local small business owner to talk all things small business and sustainability.

Has anybody else had an existential crisis—whether it was in college or post college in your early 20s—where you sat back and wondered what the fuck you actually want to do with your life? It’s actually kind of wild to think that after we graduated from high school (and we are babies—just think about all of the dumb decisions you made your senior year of high school and freshman year of college) like, all of a sudden, you’re asked to pick your major—aka decide the general trajectory for the rest of your life. Which is WILD. Who the fuck knows exactly who they are at like 18?
I know way too many people who were coerced into a major they thought was the right choice because their parents told them it was a good idea—it’d set them up for a stable, well paid job out of college. AKA, nursing, PT, kinesiology. But in their heart of hearts, it wasn’t the right fit for them. And then you finish college, or you’re in the middle of a loveless job, and the question hits you like a ton of bricks: “Now what?”
This episode's guest is the crazy talented Brandon Lee. Brandon an action actor, model, and stunt double based out of Los Angeles, CA. He grew up doing Taekwondo his whole life, as his father owns a Taekwondo school. He is a 2019 USA Taekwondo National Gold Medalist for Freestyle Poomsae (forms), a 2019 USA Taekwondo National Team Member, and a Certified Taekwondo Master Instructor from the World Taekwondo Federation. He’s been teaching for 8 years now to all ages. And not too long ago, he moved out to Los Angeles to seriously pursue his career in acting!

Networking. Ugh, for most of us, networking isn’t the most fun nor comfortable activity in the world to endure. But when done right, networking can be an incredibly powerful tool to get your foot in the door for a job you want or get you connected to someone who can really be a great resource for you in the future.
So no, it may not be everyone’s favorite cup of tea, but when you do get in the swing of it, it can actually be really fun and insightful! You never know who you’re going to meet!
Today's guest is the amazing Emily Gigliotti, host of the Purpose Project Podcast, and she has incredible insights to successful networking both digitally and in-person as college students and young professionals.

How do freshly graduated creatives survive in Los Angeles and New York City? Listen on to find out!
Today is all about budget breakdowns in two of the most sought after (and expensive!) cities in the world, New York City and Los Angeles. We believe this is a really important topic to talk about because for all of the classes and time we spend in college learning—honestly—some pretty useless sh*t that is hardly applicable to life in the real world, more often than not, we come out of college with a decent amount of student debt and without a game plan on budgeting moving forward.Molly Elizabeth, LA-based celebrity stylist and designer, joins host Lauren for a very transparent and honest conversation about what they make as newly graduated creatives in their respective fields and cities. From their best and worst spending habits to life hacks on saving in these cities, Molly and Lauren tell all.

Disclaimer: This episode mentions sex.
We're another four episodes into the podcast, meaning it's time for another WINE WEDNESDAY! For this Wine Wednesday, guest Devon Day Moretti and host Lauren Lapid discuss relationships and hook-ups gone wrong. Ever wonder what if feels like to be the ex of a musician and hear a song about you? Think of the emotional baggage in Taylor Swift's Dear John and John Mayer's Paper Doll. Damn, right? Well today, we're giving you the inside scope of what that feels like. The song No One Says by the Vernon Project happens to be about (drumroll please) our host Lauren Lapid!
Join Lauren and Devon as they read through the lyrics of the song, using each verse as a point of reflection on their own past relationships and hookups, and how they've learned from those experiences. As a reminder, Wine Wednesdays are supposed to be comedic relief for the month, where we get more personal than our other segments on New York City, career growth, and general adulting.
