Restless Leg are back with a brand new album on the new label Sinister Porpoise Records (a new music imprint of the label Love As Fiction Records which has reissued albums by Ammonia, Bluebottle Kiss, Big Heavy Stuff and The Panics).
The band released their self-titled debut in 2013 and follow-up album Some Kind of Restless in 2017. Restless Leg’s third album Dream Buffet combined Flying Nun indie rock, Velvet Underground inspired drone and shambolic Pavement-tinged country and was released in June 2021 to widespread acclaim.

It's one drama after another this year, disgruntled players, coach on the outer, drug allegations, in fighting .... a massive fall from contender to pretender and some questions need answers. The implosion of the Blues, Bombers and Magpies, will the run of losses continue for the Swannies. The uprising of the Power, effervescent Cats, hungry Lions and Giants Who's fallen and who's about to rise from the ashes. EP144 - So What's Been Happening? - Wren Bellette
After over a decade of writing songs for bands, Melbourne-based Americana singer and songwriter Wren Bellette finally decided to go solo and perform under her own name. Wren Bellette started her songwriting and performing journey in Americana outfit The Heggarties and ended up becoming their principal songwriter and singer. The band released an EP and a self-titled album, performed at the 2018 Tamworth Country Music Festival and travelled to perform at the Americana Festival in Nashville, Tennessee on two occasions. In 2018 they won the People’s Choice Award for Best Country Act at the South Australia Music Awards.
Wren left the band in early 2019 and in September of that year started her own group Wren & The Restless Few, entering the studio the same year to begin recording This Love Will Die. The release is finally ready and her debut country-soul album This Love Will Die on August 16th and launch at The Retreat Hotel in Brunswick on Saturday 17th August, with guest Nathan Seeckts.
