Today is a juicy one - weâre talking about PERFECTIONISM.
Are you a perfectionist? Do you answer yes to any of the following?
I have high standards for myself and others. I canât stop thinking about when I mess up. I am highly focused on results. I procrastinate. A LOT. I never really celebrate my success. I believe if I achieve perfection people will like me more.If so, this chat is for YOU.
At some stage in our lives, many of us struggle with perfectionistic tendencies, and there is a real shame that we can feel when we (subconsciously or not) believe that our flaws are evidence that we are not loveable or âgood enoughâ.
Let us bust some of these myths around what "perfect" even is, and share ways we can find freedom!!!

Weâre back in your ears this week with episode 4! This episode is all about people-pleasing, and how this type of behaviour robs us of the true freedom and joy thatâs available to us in life.
People-pleasing goes deep. Often as children, people pleasers learn to abandon themselves in order to meet their attachment needs - they suppress who they are, their awareness of their gut feelings, and disconnect from their true authentic selves in order to gain approval, belonging, or love.
As adults, if we donât do our inner work, a lot of behavior may still come from that need to attach. We can still act like children, displaying that need to please in order to be approved at the expense of our authenticity. How do we break out of this? We have some strategies for you.
