Kiersten Parsons Hathcock was a self-proclaimed "reluctant medium": One day, her life was about making her line of kids furniture and trips to Target, and the next, she was hearing and seeing children who had died, most of whom had suffered intensely and died at the hands of predators. She went on to use her gifts to assist law enforcement in the unsolved cases of these children. But the story doesn't end there - as much as she helped the children, they ended up helping Kiersten heal from her own horrific abuse. It's all chronicled in her new book, Little Voices: How Kids in Spirit Helped a Reluctant Medium Escape and Heal from Abuse. Listen in for a fascinating story about learning to trust your intuition and using it as a roadmap for life!

Robert L. Snow served for 38 years in the Indianapolis Police Department, retiring with the rank of captain. He was a man devoted to evidence and hard facts, never believing in reincarnation. Then, an offhand dare to undergo a past-life regression changed everything, leaving him with a vivid awareness of several past lives. His worldview radically shaken, he embarked on a 2-year investigation with the intent to disprove reincarnation, but ultimately had to admit (through diligent research, unbelievable synchronicities, and corroboration from multiple sources) his past-life as J. Carroll Beckwith, a little-known nineteenth century American artist. Bob shares his incredible story with me, all chronicled in his book, "Portrait of a Past-Life Skeptic."

In 2000, end-of-life therapist William Peters was volunteering at the Zen Hospice Project in San Francisco when he had an extraordinary experience as he was reading aloud to a patient: he suddenly felt himself floating in midair, completely out of his body. The patient, who was also aloft, looked at him and smiled. The next moment, Peters felt himself return to his body…but the patient never regained consciousness and died. Peters then spent the next 20 years searching for and researching other people who’d shared similar experiences - what he calls a "shared crossing." Listen in as I interview Peters about his new book, At Heaven's Door, which provides powerful stories of shared crossings, as well as explores why this phenomenon happens and what lies beyond death.
