Episode seven with Steffani and Wesley Sutton. Steffani’s son, Wesley just turned 12 years old and has been non-verbal throughout the majority of his life. Steffani discusses the fears, the heartbreaks but also the wins and triumphs in raising a non-verbal son with autism. The troubles associated with routine and schedule changes on a child diagnosed with ASD are some of the hardest and Steffani is doing an incredible job as Wesley continues to go through changes daily. Episode five, we go solo and off the cuff. Fresh off of celebrating Isaiah’s year long anniversary at gymnastics. We go behind the scenes as to what it was like starting Isaiah out in gymnastics to where he is at today and how he is thriving more than any of us could have expected. We turned burdens into blessings and everyone around Isaiah has grown and been positively changed because of our will to keep going, looking for solutions.

Episode four, interview three of the Superhero Parent Pod is with Tiffany Carroll, discussing her daughter Jemma. Jemma was diagnosed with “Stickler Syndrome” and we discuss what symptoms and ongoing struggles that she has faced and persevere through. Jemma is actually a client of mine and works out, meal plans and takes part in my online training program. Jemma even made her high school basketball team.

Episode one of SuperHero Parent Pod and a brief background into Isaiah’s world. Isaiah is my seven year old son who was diagnosed with Autism at the age of three. His world and like-minded kid’s worlds is what spawned the idea for the podcast. An overview of how he was diagnosed, tips that we have learned thus far, the blessings he brings to our family and the trials and triumphs along the way are discussed in episode 1.
