Memorable Quotes
"Whole30 was founded in 2009, and it started off as a two-person self-experiment. It had such a radically profound and permanent transformation on my health, my habits, and my relationship with food that I decided to share about it on my little CrossFit training blog. And the rest is kind of history.""My first Whole30 was the first time I was able to get off the scale and out of the mirror, and when I was done I knew I would never go back to the way I was eating before.""We aim to be a science-backed program based on clinical evidence and the scientific literature, so as we learn more about food and the way food impacts our bodies, our program rules have certainly evolved throughout the years. If the evidence doesn't hold up anymore, we're making a rule change."Resources Mentioned
