This episode of #talkofthetao we have a very special individual that has made a very big impact on our sport in the last 5 years. @wesleymarkjacobsen a true creative genius on and off the water. Drawing up and designing @slingshotwake graphics, producing killer web edits and even full length films (The Coalition) even creating his own brands Space Mob & Trash Wax Wes had found something missing in the wake world which was filled with flavor and fun. The dedication and love he has for wake boarding is unmatched. Having the opportunity to sit down and talk with Wes felt great and hope you all enjoy this episode as well!

Hey Everyone and welcome back to another episode of Talk Of The Tao! I hope you all had great holidays and New Years!
Up until now, we have had episodes featuring very current and active riders in the sport such as Tom, Terry & Cam, Joey and Blake Bishop. This time, I’d also like to include the people that have an impact on our sport way past my time and paved the way for us: I'm talking about the cable park owners and local legends all over the globe that help grow the wakeboard community and teach the Groms the ways to ride and progress.
So this week is it down with 2 very special people that were my local legends raising me from my first ever overseas trip. Until now, I couldn’t be more stoked to have here Didi Anwar and AUM, the owner of Thai Wake Park on the Talk Of The Tao!

Welcome Back to another episode of Talk of the Tao!
I just got back from travelling to Mexico for the WWA Wake Park Worlds combined with the WWA Boat Worlds. I felt it was Super Refreshing seeing riders from all over meeting up in one spot! It doesn’t happen too often so when it does it's a blessing!
This week we are going +18. This episode does contain swearing which is not censored. There is explicit content that may be inappropriate for children, please listen at your own discretion.
Blake Bishop, the Georgia raised American, gives us a glimpse into the life of having a private setup, taking me by surprise and talking about Blakes boat riding turning pro in 2015 representing brands such as Slingshot Sports Sesitec Trash Wax, Space Mob, Valdosta Wake Compound BuyWake and Ambush Board Co.
You may have seen his Untamed Edit by Cole Vanhoff which dropped in 2016 or The Young Guns edit By Steffen Vollert in 2017.. So fast forward five years now Blake has been planning loads of ideas and I'll leave his handle and links to those videos in the description. Lets get into it, this is Blake Bishop on Talk of the Tao! -

Born in New Braufels, Texas, and riding for 23 years, Tom is no stranger to the contest scene and knows well the ins & outs of being a professional wakeboarder. He has had a decorative career with being 12 times Cablestock Champion (2005 - present), 2 times "Best Wake Park Rider" - Award Winner at Wake Awards and 6 times WWA Wake Park World Series Champion.
