She has been banting for about 4 years but hadn't lost any weight on the diet. Her blood sugars and cholesterol levels however, did normalise. Was dairy preventing her weight loss? A month ago she put herself on a challenge to drop all dairy products and sweeteners and lost 4kg in the first 2 weeks and another 2.5 in the following 2 weeks. Diane never dreamt she could live without those foods. Her arthritic thumbs are no longer painful and no longer suffers with fibromyalgia. Her energy levels have also increased.
