  • The key to success is quality, not quantity. Why? It does not matter how many strategies you make because even if you have tried what worked for others, what matters is what works for you and your business.

Focus on those strategies and execute them well. Instead of spreading yourself thin, dedicate your time and energy to what truly matters.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shares another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut session, answering questions about lead generation and how to transform leads according to business goals.

The most common challenges arise when testing new systems and managing expectations. Instead of dedicating excessive time to testing, Balazs suggests using only 20% of your time to gather feedback and data. It can help you pre-frame your leads by addressing their perceptions of the challenges they may encounter and providing solutions to those issues.

Next is to scale by optimizing your process. As lead generation is the lifeblood of any business, you need a steady stream of high-quality leads. How can you do that? Balazs recommends having the right mindset, approach, and skill to know your target audience, create high-quality content, and track and analyze results.

"If you feel that you're losing people because of the process that you're taking them through, then the best way to avoid losing people is to make content and make ads that pre-frame what they're going through. So there's no surprises." - Balazs W Kardos

Do not miss this episode to prevent strategy overload by getting clear on what works for you and increasing your chances of converting leads into customers and team members.

  • It is frustrating to face financial challenges, whether you are a network marketer or not because it affects your quality of life and time spent with your family.

The good news is that it's not impossible to create a legacy income with the right type of business. By optimizing your financial habits and goals, you can avoid feeling overwhelmed and live the life you've dreamed of.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shares his reasons for believing money does buy happiness. Although he understands that "money can't buy happiness" is often repeated, evidence suggests that it can, in certain circumstances, as he has experienced them firsthand, from working paycheck-to-paycheck, and making door-to-door sales, to having more than the financial resources he asked for.

He assures that money can provide security, freedom, and opportunities to enhance the well-being and quality of life of your loved ones as your business and financial resources grow. How? By having the means to delegate tasks, make time for the people who matter most to you, and focus on creating meaningful experiences together.

That will also give you opportunities to give back to your community, invest in your future, and enjoy life's little luxuries as you reduce stress, increase productivity, and achieve your goals faster.

While money may not directly buy happiness, it can contribute to your personal growth towards a more fulfilling life.

"Money does buy you happiness when you have fewer daily frustrations in life because it allows you to have more peace of mind." - Balazs W Kardos

  • In this day and age, artificial intelligence, technology, and development surround you with various shiny objects. You often find yourself juggling multiple tasks. You chase the latest trends and try to do everything. You become the jack-of-all-trades.

Unfortunately, this approach can be counterproductive, which leads to burnout and overwhelm.

How can you prevent the shiny object syndrome? Prioritize tasks and realign your actions to your values. That makes you accomplish more with less effort.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos is a guest speaker inside Enagic distributor Josh Murtaugh's community to share his secrets to accomplish the 90-day sprint.

Balazs wants you to start by considering addition by subtraction and reflecting on your values. Determine what drives you. What motivates you to get out of bed each morning? What kind of impact do you want to make on the world? By understanding your "why," you can create a clear vision for your business and stay focused on your goals.

Once you've identified these aspects, Balazs believes this is where you evaluate your tasks and eliminate distractions.

Another part of success is mindset. To succeed in the 90-day sprint or reach 4A, 6A, 6A2, etc.,

Balazs wants you to be obsessed with everything you do and adopt a growth mindset, believing that you can continuously learn, improve, and overcome challenges because there's no perfect moment to start.

When you take action now, you make progress, even if it's just a single step. And that's what helps you create a fulfilling and rewarding life towards your goals.

"If you made it to that level of obsession and commitment, and followed one plan, one strategy, one funnel, and one marketing channel, you would win." - Balazs W Kardos

  • As we enter the final quarter, it's time to reflect on our progress and set our sights on even greater achievements. Are you ready to finish strong and make 2025 your best year yet?

And talking about achievements, it's not just the number we're focusing on, but the quality of your productivity, health, and lifestyle, working hard for your career, and business, and spending time with loved ones.

Q4 is about maximizing the results by focusing on what works for you because there's not enough time for further noise and distraction.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shares his insights on finishing this year the best way possible through simplicity as you approach events that will keep you away from your goals.

Likewise, Balazs has a lot on his plate this quarter – his son is due this month, intake forms for GPM Base is closing, the GPM community is growing (dash-6 member achieved!), and he has been recording new episodes for Diamond Life Mentor. He reflects on how he can stay focused on what matters most and what he can do to be a great father, husband, and mentor.

While it's natural to recognize achievements and milestones, he recommends maintaining balance and mindfulness in these celebrations.

The ways to do that are to reprioritize and evaluate the consistency of your actions, eliminate unnecessary activities, master a few core strategies, and execute them to get sustainable results.

"You don't have to do all things at all times; you need to recognize the most important and then simplify. The boring is what produces results." - Balazs W Kardos

  • Network marketing is all about collaboration. Aside from meeting new people, networking, and recruiting, one way to leverage this more is by having a centralized system to communicate and upskill in one place.

Many people in sales go from one platform to another for their calls, training, and checking in with team members. While this is not bad, it can also be stressful, distracting, and puts members all over the place.

That is why Balazs W Kardos designed the GPM Base for the Global Prosperity Movement community. It puts everyone closer together in one secure, private platform while compiling all the materials that everyone needs for members all over the globe.

In this episode, Balazs goes on a live walkthrough of the GPM Base roadmap and shares the new features (and future upgrades) as members get onboarded into the system. He recommends completing the welcome checklist to reveal the automated steps and access the materials as smoothly as possible.

As Balazs aims to increase engagement and accountability, he encourages members to share their wins, testimonials, challenges, etc, where everyone can help and celebrate. This will let them gain valuable insights and support, and as a bonus feature, special badges depending on their activity and achievements.

"Unless we put our resources together, collaborate, and stop doing things inefficiently, we won't get to the outcomes we're capable of." - Balazs W Kardos

Check out this episode to learn more about the GPM Base roadmap as the GPM community accesses the new features to collaborate with team members and take their businesses to another level through a single platform.

  • Do you wonder why there's urgency in successful people? That is because when they set an end in mind, they do whatever it takes to reach their dreams as soon as possible.

That's where the concept of sprint comes from. While it's generally a short, fast race, often over a set distance, entrepreneurs use this strategy to encourage themselves to focus on achieving their targets fast because of setting a limited timeline.

Now, why is this significant? Mainly because it is goal-oriented, and there's not enough time to procrastinate or slack off. In high-ticket network marketing like Enagic, team members share a common goal toward their deliverables. It increases productivity, accountability, and collaboration among them as they improve the quality of their leadership and salesmanship.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos joins as a guest in the Wealthy, Wild & Free Community with 6A2-2, Talia W Di Giulio. As they're doing the 90-day sprint, Balazs shares a special training on why this is important and the tips and strategies to succeed in this challenge.

Balazs encourages participants to push their limits, step outside their comfort zones, and expand their leadership capacity because the 90-day sprint is just a start.

Overcoming this will test their resilience in providing value and helping their audience solve their health and financial problems while balancing personal responsibilities with their loved ones.

Lastly, Balazs emphasizes that this is not just another business opportunity, it directs them into creating a lifestyle business and building a legacy income that no other business model can offer.

"This is no longer about getting paid for your time. It is bigger than that - this is breaking generations of poverty and scarcity." - Balazs W Kardos

Tune into this episode to learn how to break free from old habits in business and achieve results by completing a 90-day sprint.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

What is the 90-day sprint in Enagic? How can a high-ticket networking business create legacy income? Why should you continuously challenge yourself to expand your business and leadership capacity? Why should you begin your days with an end in mind? What challenges can you face during the 90-day sprint? How can you set common goals with your loved ones when fitting business activities?

Like any new project, there were adjustments to overcome and personal commitments to balance.

  • The Global Prosperity Movement (GPM) has always been about fostering a strong sense of community.

However, as the community grew, it became increasingly challenging to maintain the same connection and engagement by accessing one Facebook group to another.

Also, Facebook's recent controversies surrounding data collection and targeted advertising have raised questions about the safety and security of online platforms - not to mention the amount of ads that are often irrelevant and distracting.

The solution? Give the GPM a more secure and dynamic single platform that nurtures progress, success, and engagement - thus the launch of the GPM Base.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos opens the GPM Base to unite members and streamline their Enagic operations. Balazs invested tens of thousands of dollars to integrate white-labeled software into the GPM Base to make it more than just a digital space but a hub for collaboration, learning, and growth.

By transitioning to this new platform, Balazs aims to create a more organized and accessible environment for members to connect, share ideas, and access training materials.

The most significant advantages are enhanced security, custom global areas, and AI features. Unlike public platforms, the GPM Base provides a private space for members to interact and share sensitive information.

Now, they can communicate and collaborate without worrying about privacy concerns while having a personalized and engaging user experience.

"We're calling it GPM Base because if you're ever stuck or need support, unsure of what to do in your business, whether that's with your personal growth, with your sales, your mindset, your skill set, Enagic-related stuff, specifically, how to talk with leads, how to close sales, any of the stuff that might you might run into this will be home base." - Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to learn how the GPM Base offers a superior platform for building relationships, collaborating, and growing your high-ticket network marketing business.

  • Do you know what's strange in life? It's when challenges become blessings to something better.

It's like suffering from years of stomach-related issues as a kid and trying every medicine out there, only to realize that something as simple yet essential as water is what saves your life and gives you a business opportunity to live the lifestyle you dreamed of in the future.

Balazs W Kardos looks back on the history of GPM in this 80th episode milestone. Also known as the Global Prosperity Movement, his award-winning community in Enagic started in 2016 after being part of the high-ticket network marketing business in 2013.

He went from making door-to-door sales, meeting and hiring coach Alex, and learning sales funnel and lead generation strategies to setting up an online system, the Enagic trifecta, and a mentorship program that gave birth to the GPM.

Since Balazs' core values center on love (instead of sales and ranking competition in the industry), he called it the Global Prosperity Movement to encourage his members to focus on becoming an inspiration and authority in helping people solve their health problems and creating high-income streams for the community as a whole.

Lastly, GPM continues to grow because of its decentralized structure, empowering its members to build their businesses independently. This approach has fostered a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, allowing GPM to expand rapidly and reach a global audience. As a result, he plans to launch the second and third phases in 2025 as they change more lives.

"My vision for Global Prosperity Movement was so high on the frequency of love, connection, and making the world a better place. I elevated this vision so much higher than the frequency of competition." - Balazs W Kardos

  • The pandemic was a wake-up call for many. We have experienced economic downturns and financial struggles and tested the resilience of our traditional income sources.

Insert high-ticket network marketing. Four years ago, while COVID-19 was still happening and businesses closed, Enagic stayed true to its promise with the Global Prosperity Movement community as it grew 20% by that first year and grew continually for 30% until today.

Thus, this business model has been thriving despite the negative connotations against network marketing. So, if you're still feeling trapped in the same financial rut and you're not taking action, it's time to take control.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shares a live Global Prosperity Movement call to share one of the most significant advantages of high-ticket network marketing: targeting the audiences' pain points (health) and having the potential for higher income.

If you save enough, you can invest in this business and promote high-value products or services to earn more and build a sustainable income stream than selling massive quantities of cheap products to make a decent profit in low-ticket network marketing.

Balazs also recommends this opportunity to build a long-lasting investment. Unlike traditional jobs or low-ticket businesses, choosing high-ticket businesses lets you generate recurring income through residual commissions. So, even if you stop actively selling, you can continue to earn money from your past efforts as long as you create connections and good business relationships with your network to solve their problems.

"When COVID happened, my business grew by 20% that first year, and since then, it's been increasing by 30% year over year the last four years." - Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to take control of your financial future and build a sustainable business by treating people's pain points, offering high-value products, building strong relationships, and leveraging the power of the community.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

Why should you prioritize savings and investment during economic downturns? How can you adjust your business strategy to meet people's needs? How can you best support your community with their financial struggles? How can you create a community-focused business model to avoid scams? Why should you leverage the internet and community during economic uncertainty? How can you connect with your audience to understand their pain points?

  • Life is a precious gift, and time is its most valuable currency. Every moment is an opportunity to create the life you desire, but only if you set your priorities straight with urgency or target for your goals.

Many people think there is endless time, but they're wrong. Everything is temporary, so if you have not prepared for anything - a baby on the way, a dream vacation, or a sudden career change - without financial stability, emotional resilience, or a support system, these experiences can be sources of anxiety and regret rather than joy.

But because Balazs W Kardos continues to work hard, hire the best people, care for his health, and prioritize his life choices for himself and his family, he created the best life he lives now.

In this episode, Balazs, who recently got back from their babymoon to celebrate his wife and his son (on the way) in their dream luxurious destination in Mallorca, Spain, wants to share how urgency as his end in mind maximized his potential as a husband, father, and a high-ticket business owner.

    And he did it by:

Taking control of his life.Focusing on giving his family the life they deserve.Eliminating distractions and preventing procrastination.Being aware of how limited life expectancy is.Taking care of his mind and body.Documenting his life journey.

Just as he embraced urgency, he wants you to apply these things to enhance the present and secure a brighter future for your loved ones.

"So you never delay, you never procrastinate. You never spend time on stuff that is irrelevant. Because if you do, I promise you, your number one regret is going to be how much time you wasted on shit that doesn't matter." - Balazs W Kardos

Tune in to this episode for actionable steps to turn your dreams into reality by applying urgency to live a fulfilling life and making every moment count.

  • You have probably heard the saying, "People buy from people." But what does that mean? That means it does not matter if your team is small, big, or has impressive sales figures.

Connecting with your audience on a deeper level is more important.

The goal of building a loyal following is to inspire people to believe in themselves and their potential. But it should not stay on the inspiration level only.

As the leader, you bridge the gap between inspiration and authority. Let them know that you understand their struggles and have solutions for them. When you share both your wins and challenges, you create a sense of authenticity and relatability.

Balazs W Kardos shares another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode to discuss team building. He wants you to motivate others through your vulnerability as you admit your doubts and mistakes when you start the business. This honesty makes them feel seen and understood.

They'll trust your guidance because your success happened as you've walked in their shoes and learned the hard way. And then give them the value/solutions from there. That's how they'll keep taking action and replicating your process.

"People don't want to hear about how hard your life is without the inspiring second half of the story." - Balazs W Kardos

  • Any organization that has grown successfully for a long time has a strong team culture.  Because more than just working towards a common goal, it fosters a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.

What do the leader and the team members do to achieve this? Communicate openly, exercise respect, share values, hold each other accountable, and commit to everyone's goals.

But building a team does not come easy. If you do not believe in yourself and how you can influence others to impact the community, it is easy to lose them.

Balazs W Kardos shares another clip from the Diamond Life Mentor Uncut session as he answers questions about building a rock-solid team culture.

For instance, he established the Global Prosperity Movement by setting expectations. He started by outlining their roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics early on every time new members come in to align with the team's objectives and lessen misunderstandings. Then, he implemented a mentorship program that provided additional support and guidance, helping them feel welcomed and valued.

As a role model who does the hard work, he keeps them growing and duplicating while maintaining consistent habits and processes. Regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance reviews help keep them on track. That is the strong recruitment culture he built - bringing in new perspectives and talent. By actively seeking qualified individuals, he has a steady stream of fresh ideas and energy within the community that pulls each other up.

"Do you want me to tell you the truth as a coach and mentor to help you get the life you want? They're going to say yes. So you ask for their permission. Once they give you that permission, you don't hold back. That's how transformation occurs." - Balazs W Kardos

Tune into this episode to grow your team and help them reach their full potential minus the micromanagement through the culture of habit, accountability, and performance tracking.

  • The feast-or-famine cycle is too familiar for those in the low-ticket network marketing world.

When commissions are high one month, they drop the next because the products are often inexpensive and high in volume. The problem lies in razor-thin profit margins, which require you to promote an overwhelming amount of products to see a decent return on your investment. That translates to constant hustling, recruiting, and chasing new leads, leaving you feeling burnt out and discouraged.

Imagine pouring your heart and soul into this business, only to feel like your finances fluctuate.

Alternatively, there is a high-ticket network marketing business model that is sustainable and highly profitable, which leads to stability and flexibility for its members.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shows the benefits of Enagic, a high-ticket network marketing business model, as someone who has been in this company for 16 years and a legacy out of it in 11 years.

He recommends Enagic because of its debt-free, low-risk, and high-income design using the least complicated, healthiest product (water), yet with a global infrastructure for production, distribution, technology, and personal branding.

As it handles the logistics, it also provides marketing tools to help you build your online presence and target the right audience. By combining these tools with your unique story and expertise, you can attract high-caliber prospects organically, eliminating the need for relentless cold calling.

Like Balazs, who was able to duplicate his business model, you can focus on building relationships and mentoring your community to create a resilient income stream despite economic challenges. That will allow you to manage sales strategically, minimizing risk and maximizing time with loved ones.

"I have seen people come from every different walk of life, try every single different type of business coaching, low ticket, high ticket Forex, crypto, the fancy thing on the internet. They all come back eventually to Enagic." - Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to explore how high-ticket network marketing can offer the stability, flexibility, and earning potential you deserve.

The first step is believing in yourself and your vision. Be grateful for the opportunities and setbacks because these allow you to learn and grow.

And with a business you are passionate about,  you realize it's better to serve and share it with others. That's when a community that thrives on accountability and motivation is born. You will lead without micromanagement, set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and celebrate achievements together.

  • Remember those times when you've been planning a trip for a month - what to wear, where to go, which hotels to book, b-roll to record, how to go with your presentation, and your family to take with you?

Yes, you're not a first-time traveler, and you've always had your family with you, but nothing is perfect. There will always be travel mishaps, the least you expect them.

Imagine this happening as you attend Enagic's global convention as a top leader and a final speaker. That's a whole lot of level of pressure!

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos becomes vulnerable as he reflects on his travel to Okinawa, Japan, returning from his three-week trip from Enagic's 50th anniversary with the family.

Unfortunately, even if he had planned everything pre and post-convention, in Tokyo, Okinawa, and Hawaii, life threw curveballs in the form of getting lost, missing Kangen equipment parts, his daughter's medical emergency, and last-minute changes to his speech as he was about to go on stage.

But he made it through. For a moment, he felt overwhelmed and frustrated. All that preparation seems wasted. But then he took a deep breath and decided to face these challenges with gratitude and love, he appreciated the privileges of getting medical care available for his daughter. He also had the extra time to spend caring for his wife. Even though it's not what he planned, he found moments of joy in comforting and being with his family.

And, at the end of his speech, Enagic's Hironari Ohshiro hugged him on stage and gave him the reassurance he needed that he did his best and impacted all of the 8,000 attendees sharing the company's success with him.

"That's happened to me along my journey as well. But this was just like a fucking atomic bomb of that feeling. The feeling is the same. The magnitude of the event can continue to grow and climb." - Balazs W Kardos

  • What separates successful people from those who only dream starts with mindset - clarity of a life they dreamed of.

Let's take a look at Enagic celebrating its 50th anniversary. It got this far because the Founder believed in himself, went out of his comfort zone, discovered his passion for health and prosperity, the magical powers of water, and how teamwork makes a high-ticket business possible. So, he networked with more people and built this legacy until it found its way to Balazs 11 years ago.

As Balazs W Kardos has just returned from the Enagic's 50th anniversary in Japan, in this episode, he rewinds to the Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode from the New Year when this contest just ended.

He realized that most people wanted to succeed without allowing themselves to do so, which hindered their chances to make this happen. That is one of the reasons why they will not sacrifice their time, money, and energy on joining contests to take their business a notch higher.

And like a contest with defined rules, achieving anything requires a set of goals. Balazs wants you to shift your focus from "can't" to "can," identify the limiting beliefs holding you back, and replace them with empowering thoughts.

Balazs, a key figure in Enagic's success, exemplifies this perfectly. He didn't build his high-ticket business overnight. It took over a decade after hiring his first mentor, but making the Global Prosperity Movement top one globally wouldn't have been possible without a clear vision and the right mindset.

"If you do not assign yourself this identity of that's who you can become with your people, with your team/group, then you will not ever get there by accident." - Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to discover how Enagic's legacy can inspire your growth by setting targets, accessing practical tools, and connecting with a supportive community.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

What were the contest rules to take part in Enagic's 50th anniversary? How did Balazs build his high-ticket business 11 years after hiring his first mentor? How can you set clear goals for personal growth? What resonated with Balazs to create the Global Prosperity Movement? How can you permit yourself to succeed?

  • People hate feeling chased. It creates short, awkward chats out of nowhere, especially if you're not the type who keeps checking in with friends and family.

Unfortunately, many say to start with your friends, family, and relatives when making your first sale. It's tradition, yes, but it's time for a change.

The last thing you want to happen is to be insincere and impersonal when you want to offer a solution to their problems. So, go outside of your comfort zone and revisit your warm leads - those who show interest in your content, product, or service that you use. You might have met them on a freebie you sent or watched your livestream. Don't let them disappear!

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shares another clip from his Accelerator Mentorship program coaching calls to share tips to transform your lead generation efforts into results. He wants you to use your content effectively. Balazs suggests you stop using generic ads and doing passive outreach, turning them into personalized messages that address your prospect’s needs.

Retargeting can be powerful as you focus on their major pain points and let them feel you understand what they're going through to nudge them into your goal. That removes the pressure, creates genuine conversations, and closes deals as you build momentum.

"You need to make it hurt. And you're doing it from a place of love until someone has moved into action because they're so unhappy with what they're at, they remain in that comfort zone." - Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to learn how to share real stories that build trust, create a sense of momentum, and make your brand more relatable for a successful lead generation strategy.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

Why do your inbound and outbound outreach not work? How can you keep nurturing your warm prospects in your lead generation? Why retarget using your prospect's specific pain points and make sure it hurts? When should you not be "too nice" in sales? Why create short engaging videos for your target market? How can you build momentum through behind-the-scenes "action and story" content?
