The doctors give their insights on where we go from here and how we balance staying safe without getting into an economic depression. What is the timeline for a viable vaccine and what does that look like? Will kids be able to go back to school in the fall and could things get back to normal as early as next spring? Dr. Travis feels hopeful, but it’s hard to predict how a vaccine will perform. Travis gives an update on his son Grayson who arrived 5 days ago and what it's like to be a brand new Dad! Helen Keller said “Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all” and it’s a quote that Dr. Travis lives by. In this episode, he reveals how saying yes to one particular adventure changed his life forever as he talks with Actor, Producer, and Director David Moscow. With his breakout role as Josh Baskin, the young Tom Hanks, in the cult classic film “Big and his starring role in “Newsies”, David became one of Hollywood’s biggest child stars. Hear how the Bronx native stayed grounded in fame and why he didn’t hesitate to leave acting to study wolves. Daring to follow his passions, lead David to study climate change, build low-income housing in New York and finance the musical of a then unknown, aspiring playwright named Lin Manuel Miranda that became the Tony Winning Musical “In The Heights”. David’s latest adventure is the global, culinary treasure hunt “From Scratch” airing in FYI Network. After being presented a dish from a chef, David hunts, gathers, forages and grows each ingredient to remake the meal from scratch. From fishing in Iceland to a near death diving experience in Sardinia, David explains how the experience changed him and what he eats! Dr. Travis reveals how knowing where your food comes from can revitalize your health and why climate change decides his vote. This episode will inspire you to discover your passions, follow where they lead and live a life of adventure!

As the fight for racial equality and justice rages on, Dr. Travis Stork has a candid and deep conversation with his good friend and former college roommate, the Reverend Bernie Dorsey, to get a wide perspective on the current affairs of our country to help bridge the gap on Racism, discuss how religion plays a role and ultimately offer hope. The Duke graduate, lawyer and preacher reveals the hard-hitting reality of what it's like to live in this country as a black man raising 2 sons and how even he doesn't feel safe to run outside. As a husband to a civil rights attorney, he talks honestly about the constant struggle and tension black people face living in this country and the challenge to love his enemies while police are brutally killing black men. Dr. Travis and the Reverend talk about the subtle racism that exists in this country and what it really means? How do you define racism and truly distinguish it between being prejudice? Plus, what is the best way to develop an open dialogue about Black Lives Matter vs. All Lives Matter and discuss the real issue at stake? Reverend Bernie explains the reason he thinks African Americans statistically have a higher blood pressure and why unhealthy foods are not solely to blame. There's a real cry for compassion and justice in this country, but what can you do to constitute change and keep the momentum going with peace and unity?

This podcast was recorded before COVID-19 became a pandemic and earlier in my wife, Parris’ pregnancy. I sit down with Brown University Economics Professor, Emily Oster. She is the author of two wonderful books my wife and I are huge fans of, “Expecting Better” and “Crib Sheet”. These books take an economic-based, scientifically studied, data-driven approach to pregnancy and parenting during early childhood. They take a look at things you can do to optimize pregnancy and have a happy baby. I realized speaking to Emily how important it is to really look at the data when making important decisions that are often clouded by myth and misinformation. In this podcast, we surprise my wife Parris who joins in with a few questions of her own. You don’t have to be an expectant parent or the parent of a new baby to appreciate the advice that Emily offers in this episode. My hope is that by the end of the podcast anyone who listens will start thinking about how they can apply her lessons in their own life, whether it’s a pregnancy, parenting or any other risk-reward decision people make in everyday life.

Today, we dive into the controversial topic of Biohacking or anti-aging with the founder and creator of the widely popular, "Bulletproof Coffee" and noted Biohacker, Dave Asprey. He's a best-selling author of "The Bulletproof Diet" and has spent more than one million dollars to hack his own biology. After losing 100 pounds without counting calories or excessive exercise, he used unique techniques to lower his biological age while sleeping less. Now don't get me wrong, while we don't see eye to eye on a lot of things, we do have a lot of commonalities and I think it's important to explore out-of-box options to enhance longevity and the quality of life.
In this episode, Dave reveals his secrets to extending life and how to improve the body and mind through biohacking. It's all about using the concept of low risk and high rewards. Can a small dose of nicotine really be good for you and should you really be giving coffee to your kids? Plus, what's going on with your gut and what is your stool really telling you? Are your antibiotic prescriptions hurting your body and how can the power of being cold make your face look younger? The CEO Dad also shares key activities you can do that create excitement and explains why most diets don't work. He answers all those questions including why 2 dishwashers are essential for any happy marriage! Bottom Line: Do something everyday that makes you a better person.

Just over 6 weeks ago, I spoke to top infectious disease specialist and Chief Medical Officer at LA County University of Southern California Medical Center, Dr. Brad Spellberg, to help us understand the impact of coronavirus and tackle "no-nonsense" solutions. In this episode, we give an update on how far we've come and what we need to be doing now as we attempt to re-open the economy. Will it be safe to send your children to daycare and how important is robust testing as we move forward? Are we opening up too soon and how will the next stage to re-open affect mortality and infectious rate? Plus, how do we move ahead in a smart and responsible manner? There's still so many uncertainties and we don't pretend to have all the answers, but we're smarter than this virus and we'll end up on top. Dr. Spellberg is also the author of a new book called, "Broken, Bankrupt and Dying: How To Solve The American Healthcare Rip Off" available this coming June.

In this eye opening episode, I go one-on-one with 'Bachelor' alum Colton Underwood to talk about the big misconceptions still surrounding coronavirus and how he fought head on to save his own life. The former football player shares real-life details about his horrible experience with the virus and the pivotal moment he was scared for his life. While Covid-19 patients experience different types of symptoms, Colton describes his severe chills, night sweats and the panic-driven night he woke up gasping for air. The 28-year-old shares his emotional journey through the different stages of his sickness and how his girlfriend, Cassie, and her family helped play a role in his recovery process. Before Colton’s mind-boggling bout with the novel virus, he recalls growing up in the midwest playing in corn fields, going to church and how he battled social anxiety after becoming a leading man on "The Bachelor". Colton is forthcoming about being confused about his own sexual identity in the past and admits he and Cassie are still working on building their relationship. With a new podcast and an upcoming book on the horizon, he says that writing has helped him to take control of his life and see the silver lining in tough situations. It's an open and honest conversation and I'm proud to see him so brave and make an effort to educate people during these difficult times.

I'm thrilled to have Hollywood Medium star Tyler Henry as a special guest today. Last year, I met with him at my office in LA for a reading where he predicted my wife Parris would be having a baby. Parris and I were newly married at the time and not trying to conceive, but just days later we were surprised to find out she was pregnant! Parris joins me as co-host to share the news with Tyler and find out how his psychic abilities really work. It's an insightful and honest interview where he admits he's scared to have his own child because he worries his gift will be inherited. He explains his reading process, how he deals with stage fright anxiety and his biggest regret in life. Tyler is trustworthy and wise beyond his years, but admits he almost signed his life away early in his career. He gives advice on how to stay true to yourself and how knowing your purpose is essential to happiness. Parris talks to him about his love life and how his gift plays into the relationship with his longtime partner. Tyler admits the public's response to his readings has not always been positive causing him backlash and death threats. He reveals he was bullied as a child and even used his psychic abilities to deter his bullies. Tyler admits that crying is a release for him and reminds us all that life is short. Hope you enjoy this interview as much as we did.

From a Nascar pit crew member to a "Survivor" reality star turned country music star, Chase Rice talked to me about the ups and downs of his life and how he's able to keep his music empire afloat during these tough times. I was impressed by Chase's authenticity and his raw feelings about dealing with depression and how the tragic loss of his Dad impacted his life. In spite of his love of music, the Nashville singer revealed the reason he hates reality TV having competed on "Survivor" and his recent appearance on "The Bachelor". Chase also opened up about his love life while managing his music career and what he's really looking for in a woman. It's an interview you don't want to miss!

Lauren and Cameron are the standout couple who captured the nation's attention on Netflix's hit reality dating show, "Love Is Blind". I was thrilled to talk to them about how their life has changed over the past year and a half since becoming reality stars, getting engaged on TV and becoming isolated as a married couple. As a former reality star myself, I couldn't help but give them a piece of advice about being thrust into the spotlight and find out if they thought the show represented their real life experience. It's a candid conversation where Lauren admits she's still learning how to be a wife and live together as Cameron reveals his most pivotal moment since being married. Lauren shares a big life moment she's never even told her husband and the biggest challenges they've faced as an interracial couple. Finally, as I venture into Fatherhood, I get the scoop on whether or not they're trying to have a baby and what that means for them. It's an insightful conversation you don't want to miss!
