Today, I’m diving into a topic close to my heart—money. It’s a complex but powerful tool, especially in the hands of ambitious female entrepreneurs. At KLC, our mission is clear: we’re here to help 1,000 inspiring women cross their next million-dollar milestone each year. I want you to understand why that milestone matters for your mission and how money, when used with intention, can be the fuel that propels you toward a life-first business—one that enriches your wealth, health, impact, and freedom.
Money is essential, yes—but it’s also deeply personal. I get it; many women feel ashamed or uncertain when it comes to managing money, largely because society has kept us in the dark about financial literacy. But money isn’t something we should hide from. It’s a tool to fuel dreams, create opportunities, and make an impact. And it’s worth breaking through any limiting beliefs or negative associations you may have around it.
In this episode, I share my own journey from corporate America to entrepreneurship and the lessons I’ve learned about valuing myself and my work. I’ve come to believe that a healthy money mindset isn’t just about dollars—it’s about knowing your worth, and recognizing that money flows from the value you bring to the world. I want to encourage you to get honest about your beliefs around money, because the way you think about it will shape the results you create.
I hope today’s episode inspires you to reflect on your own relationship with money. Let’s work together to build a confident money mindset, one step at a time. And remember, if you need support, I’m here for you. Let’s continue to elevate, together.
Enjoy!

With the 2024 presidential election right around the corner, there’s a lot of emotion and uncertainty in the air. But I’m here to tell you that preparing for the future isn’t about knowing what’s coming — it’s about how we show up today.
In this solo episode I’m sharing my personal perspective on navigating this chaotic landscape and how I’m guiding clients at KLC to stay centered in times of flux. We’ll cover three core areas: understanding the energy of what’s happening around us, my predictions for consumerism in our AI-driven world, and tools you can use to navigate both personally and professionally through these turbulent times.
If you've been feeling that everything around you is buzzing with nervous energy, you’re not alone. There’s a lot of noise, and sometimes it feels like the only sane choice is to slow down and focus on what really matters. I’m reminded daily that in a high-paced, AI-powered world, the true differentiator is connection. In fact, I’m betting that while AI speeds up transactions, real success will come to those who slow down and build genuine relationships.
Staying committed to your craft and being grounded can help you navigate through the stress and maintain resilience in business. Because while we can’t control what tomorrow brings, we can choose how we show up today.

In Episode 229 of The Fierce Factor podcast, I’m sharing insights from my recent experiences and the lessons I’ve learned about making smart business decisions. Just like my sister holding onto outdated skincare products, I’ve seen business owners cling to outdated or ineffective partnerships simply because they’ve invested time and energy into them.
This episode emphasizes the importance of slowing down and doing the necessary due diligence before making any significant commitments in business.
I’ll emphasize the need to "test before you invest" by aligning with partners who share your core values, meet you halfway, and have a proven track record of success. I break down a framework that I’ve developed over the years to ensure that I’m making the right choices before fully committing. These five key questions guide me in vetting potential partners or investments.
By applying this framework, I’ve been able to avoid costly mistakes and confidently invest in opportunities that truly align with my business goals. I hope this episode helps you refine your decision-making process and ensures your investments are set up for success.

In this week’s episode of The Fierce Factor, I tackle one of the most crucial decisions every business owner faces: should you promote a current employee to a leadership position, or is it time to bring in new talent?
As founders, many of us excel at what we know best—whether that's perfecting clinical skills or honing our coaching techniques. But when it comes to transitioning from a hands-on provider to a visionary CEO, the skill set required shifts dramatically.
I explore the common pitfalls, like overpaying for seasoned professionals when you're not ready or promoting a front desk coordinator without proper training, that can derail your progress. Instead, learn how to delegate, train, and cultivate a Practice Leader—a role that bridges the gap between front desk and operations manager.
I also discuss the essential leadership skills needed for a successful practice leader, including how to lead, influence, and communicate effectively. Plus, we'll guide you on setting clear career paths, addressing skill gaps, and recognizing red flags in potential leaders.
This episode is packed with strategies to help you promote the right people, avoid costly mistakes, and build a robust leadership structure that will support your practice's long-term growth.

I explore the common pitfalls in businesses and offer practical advice to ensure our expectations are clear, realistic, and effectively communicated.

I sense there is a collective shift happening in society today- one that is inspiring a lot of high achieving women to re-evaluate the focus of their energy. And to question whether the path they are on today is truly in alignment with the life they want to live.
Like for me, I have become extremely protective of my energy. And because of that I am quite in tune with the feeling of misalignment.
Confusion, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion really occurs when you are working hard at something that no longer serves you. And this reality can be so overwhelming that we bury it deep and just busy ourselves with more work to avoid the discomfort of facing it.
So this week I want to walk you through an experience that will allow you to really pause and think about the default circumstances in your life that made perfect sense at one point in time but have evolved into a source of baggage for you today.
Like imagine if you could hit the “reset” button in your life. How would you do it differently? What would stay? What would go?
Have a listen and let yourself go there.
Enjoy!

In this week’s episode, I dive into the importance of leading during slow times, which can occur not just in summer but anytime due to various factors like political events, team changes, or new initiatives. We often project anxiety onto our business without facts, causing us to react defensively rather than proactively.
We know seasons fluctuate and that is why managing our mindset through the ups and downs of business is critical. In this episode I’ll share why I believe the key to success lies in loving the messy process of personal and professional growth. We’ll explore the J-curve concept to help you frame downturns as preludes to fruitful upswings and discuss the importance of transferring skills to scale your business effectively.
Join me as we reframe slow seasons, embrace challenges, and fall in love with the journey of building our businesses.
