After an intro portion catching up on how the Yanez family is adapting to life as a family of four and the Heatons now have a 6 month old, the ladies chat about where they are at in their postpartum fitness journeys. These two remind each other that the fitness improvement tragectory post baby is not linear. It looks different from person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy. While Arielle is freshly postpartum with a newborn and already back in the gym, Haley is struggling with some severe diastisis and multiple hernias.
