Winning Gold at the 2018 Commonwealth games in the Gold Coast, Thompson is a seasoned and successful veteran of the New Zealand women’s hockey team. Debuting at the age of 18 for her country, since then, the 25-year-old has accumulated 187 caps for New Zealand.
