  • Meditation is hugely beneficial and the evidence undeniable. Ideally we would all be meditating each day… the trouble is most of us don’t.

    I have spent a good part of a decade researching and testing ways to achieve similar benefits to meditating, without actually having to sit down for 20 minutes to get started.
