We had the great pleasure of talking this week to Kathy Ortiz, Pedro Sauer Black Belt.
Kathy is a strong advocate for women's self defence and not only teaches a women's class but has researched the statistics behind attacks to gain the best knowledge of how to structure her programs.
We really enjoyed this chat that also discussed concepts of Jiu Jitsu and the benifits of training.
